Tuning was great, instructions not so much

The instructions were a bit vaugue when it came to the tuner failing, but after the kinks were worked out, the flash went fine for both the engine ( ecu ) and the DSG transmission ( tcu ). There was a noticeable difference from the very first drive after tuning. The engine is much more responsive and the fuel delivery much smoother from a dead stop. I would have given them 5 stars if the instructions were just a bit better.

Resolved my problems. Support was very helpful. It was nice to be able to get help from actual real people.

Excellent company and people

Excellent company and people! The support is impeccable - from 8AM to 5PM Pacific - our experience - they answered any ticket questions "thrown" at them within 20 minutes. The products they offer are on-point and guaranteed. We will continue giving them business!
