I have used this software to convert Apple Music items quite successfully for over one year and, suddenly, my account has been inactivated. When I enter my key, I get the message "network unstable" over and again. No reaction from support so far.

This software is great for downloading my programs for offline use when traveling. I had a couple of small problems with some downloads, and support was very fast with responding to my emails and fixing it.

I have had the requirement to reinstall the app after reinstalling my system software and the license I had wouldn’t work due to me exceeding the number of available devices. One quick email to support and my license was reset so I could activate it again. The app works great for me now and it creates files that are the most compatible with my music player, when importing it creates all the relevant metadata (unlike some other ripping apps). Totally happy to sing the praises of Tunesbank and the support I have received.

Initially I encountered problems getting the software to work. After a few unsuccessful attempts I contacted tech support. They requested log files and within a day they produced a new version to correct the error. You can't ask for better, more responsive support than that!

It’s been years since I used this, however transferring my license to my new machine on a newer version of the app was a breeze. I really thought they would try to make me buy a new license. It it really “for life”. Great at ripping audio. The new UI is even better that I remembered. Thoroughly recommend if you are in the market for this type of software.

I need to create mp3 for my car. It's a pity that Apple (or others) do not care about these scenarios. I do not want to consume my full cellular bandwidth only by streaming music when I'm in the car.

This is an excellent program and exactly what I need. I have an Apple Music subscription and want to listen to the music on my High Definition AK music player. With Tunesbank I can easily transform the music files and copy them to my player.

I bought this after receiving a refund from Ukeysoft. It was they who recommended Tunesbank as a superior product.
Tunesbank IS EVEN WORSE. I converted approximately 200 tracks. Of those 200, more than one third are from my iTunes library but NOT the music I selected for conversion.
At times it will play 2-3 if these ‘other’ tracks in a row, then stop in the middle of one, take a pause for up to 30 seconds of silence before starting again.
I once again will start the process of communicating with an indeterminate company, from an indeterminate country, and an in little doubt that will result in nothing but more frustration on my part but hopefully a refund at the end of it.
These “organizations” should be criminalized.

You can open the official website of Apple Music in your browser: https://music.apple.com/, and log in to your account to see if the iTunes library is displayed.
