I bought a 13x6 28 inch ginger deep wave and when I say baby!!!! I love this wig. It is very thick, curls are defined and true to length. Easy to bleach the knots and definitely human hair. No shedding or tangling! The color is so vibrant and great for all seasons!

Customer service for tracking was good, but I asked for a custom wig and they said they would do it, they sent me a regular wig on a regular cap I asked for 1b roots on a small cap. wig was 200 dollars, it is not full human hair either. I took the hair out the pack it was super hard so I had to wash it before wearing it, it was matting up so bad I told them and all they could offer was 15 dollar discount on a 200 dollar wig, not a offer to send another wig that is actually fully human hair. very disappointed and will not be ordering again.

- Response to your response tuneful: I did email you all and told you all that I was not satisfied with my order and all you could offer me was 15 dollars when the wig was 200 dollars. so that is not a true statement, the moment I emailed you all and stated my concerns something should have been done whether it was a full refund or a new wig.

I just sent a review several days ago about Tuneful Hair fraudulent practices! I cancelled my order and requested a full refund after waiting 9 days for the hair. i notified pay pal after not receiving a refund and filed a claim. I was immediately reimbursed and forwarded an email to this merchant to show the order was cancelled via pay pal. Although the Merchant was advised, the hair was still shipped with a delivery date set for today. Im not going to accept the order to avoid being billed because i did not make another purchase with this company! I’ve already notified pay pal about this unauthorized purchase and will have to follow up with my bank as well! Wow, this place is thirsty!

Really liked the quality of the hair I got the 13x6 highlighted lace front. The lace was hd and really transparent. Ways to work with when laying down the lace was really easy with the quality of the lace. Would definitely recommend! 😁

It was an amazing experience. Really good hair , ALWAYS hd lace they never disappoint me ! Customer service is always top tier, delivery be within 2-5 days never more then 5! I love how timely and genuine they are as a company overall. So happy to work with them.

I placed my order and it came 3 WEEKS LATER! I ordered an HD lace and got a regular transparent lace wig. Wig was suppose to be pre plucked and it WAS NOT! Paid about $160 and first offered me $15 refund and later $35, to avoid a full refund. According to the emails they told me they don't pre pluck for ready to wear and returns are not easy as stated on their site. Still waiting on the return to reach and my full refund. Will update!

On the other hand I shopped at Megalook and they are a much better option. Wig came as described.

Emailed customer service the same day I received it, took pictures and sent and the person said " this hair looks brown are you sure you didn't switch the hair" all in an attempt to not accept fault.

Love this hair down! Very soft and long lasting! Doesn't have a strong odor, hair was able to do multiple styles and maintain minimal shedding! Truly top quality hair!

I only ordered this wig because one of my favorite influencers rocked it so well . I’ve placed my order for my wig on Tuesday the 27th . It’s been at least 5 business days & I still don’t have any shipping details. Customer service sounds like a child ! Very unprofessional! I’m a small influencer & I will be making a video about my experience.
