Won’t refund me and ignoring emails!
I placed an order but immediately noticed an error so emailed to cancel the order. The cancellation email was sent 30 seconds after the order was placed. I received no response and had to send a further two emails, by which point the order had been dispatched. I finally received a response asking me to reject the delivery when it arrived, which I did. I received no further correspondence so followed up to find out where my refund was. I was told they needed to confirm with the refund department that the items had been received back. This was 13/12/23 and I have since chased again and still not received a response. My initial order was placed on 10/11/23 so Tumtum have been holding my payment since then.

Avoid this company
AVOID THEIR STRAW CUPS!
I had the series 1 straw cup which I loved, I bought 4 more of the new series 2. Unfortunately these are rubbish, the weighted straw doesn't move with the liquid in the cup.
I did try speaking to them about but they
fobbed me off with a video and told me to leave the straws in boiled water for 10 minutes.
Once I had done both of them these ceased to reply to my emails.
Such a waste of money for a product that doesn't do what it's meant too and poor customer service since it's meant to be a family run company.

You have since replied to me asking for photos and videos and you told me told me to cut the straws....
