Miniatures were well packed but genuinely took an age to arrive (over 7 days). Bit disappointing given other shops can despatch same day for the same postage price..

To be honest I typed in the dnd miniature I was after on google and scrolled down the shipping page as a last minute effort to try and get the miniature I needed from anywhere at this point and I stumbled onto this website and I don’t think I’ll ever use a different website again. The customer service was the best I’ve ever experienced. Really going out of their way to help! I’m especially grateful to Toby for personally helping me with my order he was amazing! but also a big Thankyou to anyone else who may have helped along the way.
