If I could give it, zero stars I would. This case does nothing to protect your phone. My entire glass back, which is covered by the Tulmox cover, is completely shattered. Do not buy this product. I contacted the customer support and they stated they would do nothing to help. But even take back to cover.

This is a total scam. I saw the advertisement on instagram, so I (foolishly) assumed it was a legit company. I purchased the super thin iPhone case. I waited and waited for the package to arrive until I forgot about it. After several weeks I received an email saying something to the effect of “don’t worry your item is on the way.”
Then on July 10th I received a strange package in the mail. It was a plain white box, and when I opened it, it was a very cheap scarf. Puzzled, I did a simple google search which revealed that this is a common practice among scammers. They sell you a product, that they advertise on FB, IG, and other retail market places. Then, they do not fulfill the order and, in an attempt to minimize charge-backs (charge back is what happens when your credit card company/bank protects its customers and issues you a refund). Anyway these scammers send out cheap items like scarves that cost them a penny or two to produce. They then provide the tracking number to the buyers credit card company and or bank as proof that item was delivered.

This somehow buys them time to leave the country or fold up shop or whatever their escape plan is.

I have contacted Tulmox several times to get to the bottom of this, but have so far received not a single response other than the auto-response “thank you we will review and get back to you within 48 hours.”

In sum, my advice is to steer totally clear of this scam company.

I didn’t have good wireless charging results with this case-I knew this fell under the guaranty for refund. I asked for an address to return it….I shipped it to an address I was given by Tulmox that is in Portugal they gave me and now they are claiming they can’t “track” that it’s been delivered so they found a loophole to avoid giving me my refund. Buyer beware! I never saw money refunded back and they responded with a rejection. They never said they didn’t receive my return only that they were unable to track it. I supplied what tracking the post office gave me. It was useless. The case was 45.00 the postage to return in to an address in Portugal was 14.00. Do the math these people do not act in good faith

The experience thorough the site was great. The quality of the case was great and arrived in a good time frame. Was a really good experience and will look for future cases from them.

I ordered an ElectoCase for my iPhone 13 Max - that arrived was a very cheap, nasty case that was branded MyCase.
The magnet on the back doesn’t work and the case is horrible. I’m still trying to get a refund weeks later. Sent a video showing it didn’t work as they wanted. Offered a replacement, why on earth would I want a replacement of a cheap and nasty case worth $2 at the most.
I want my money back.

The case I received was shoddy quality. The screen protector was for the wrong phone. I emailed them same day to ask for a refund in line with their policies. That was on December 28th. They delayed responding until the "refund window" has passed and now on Jan 31st they are still refusing to issue a refund. They are a scam and thieves. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

Do Not purchase from Tulmox. Their return policy is basically a joke. I ordered their Eltrocase and it cheap molded plastic that easy bends and if the phone took a fall on the side of the case, it bends at that spot. Would be a disaster for my IPhone 14 pro. Their customer service said they didn’t find anything wrong with the video I sent them showing them this. So, bottom line if you buy from them, you’re keeping the product if you have any issues. Poor business model.

These cases are cheap and not as advertised. Customer service is slow to respond and they only react if you complain a bunch. I had to email 4 times for a response after I sent the pictures of the product they requested after my complaint of the item not being of any quality

Same as many others… $30+ case that is very low quality when it arrives and the company refuses to accept returns! Garbage POS scammers!

Edit in response to the Tulmox response… you’re absolutely right I responded with profanity and you scammers deserve every word of it. Terrible quality and then in 2023 trying to say you don’t accept returns due to the pandemic is a complete fraud. And no, you didn’t reach out to me to try to help, you just replied that you don’t accept returns due to the pandemic.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE SCAM OF A COMPANY!

Tried to return a case I recently purchased and was told they couldn’t help me. The case is pretty simple and should be worth only $7 instead of the $29,99 price currently being charged for it. Their return policy is a scam. They don't accept returns because they blame it on pandemic. The case came from China. If you want a good case go and buy it from Amazon

Even though their website states “Try Risk Free”, they will NOT give a refund. I ordered 5 cases and screen protectors in December 2022 but once they received the order, they informed me that I would not receive the items until January 2023. I immediately sent them an email asking to cancel the order. I received another email stating that the order couldn’t be cancelled.

Since I received my order after the New Year, I haven’t even opened any of the iPhone cases to try them out.

So much for “Try Risk Free”!

Buyer beware. There are other options available from companies that stand behind their products and service to engage with a company like Tulmox.

This company does not stand behind it’s claim of “Try it risk free for 30 days”. I have contacted them for a refund because the cases are not as described. They are soft plastic and the screen protectors do not adhere completely to the phones. I have since removed all 3 screen protectors and ordered new ones from Amazon which work perfectly. In addition, this company claims to be from Bagra, Portugal, but everything has originated from China. DO NOT PROMOTE THIS COMPANY DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISING AND FALSE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THEIR WEBSITE

Warning! This is not a U.S. company, it is a Chinese e-commerce business and once you hit the purchase button your money is long gone.

Product- electro-whatever plastic phone case. This case is NO better than the $12 ones on Amazon, and you can return your Amazon product. My iPhone 13 Pro Max fits rather loosely and the case is slippery as can be. Prepare to drop your phone. It’s shipped straight outta China so you will wait 4x longer than your returnable Amazon phone case.

Company - no response from their customer service email form for a solution to the $50 in crappy, cheap cases that I bought. “Amy” the CEO isn’t responding. This is a business that puts up a U.S. looking website with good graphics to sell you a $10 case for $30. Don’t wast your money!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! They are not honest business! I ordered iphone protection cases three weeks ago and upon placing order they sent me email that due to high demand they cannot fulfill my order promptly without any known delivery date. I immediately contacted Tulmox to cancel the order. The support team just kept responding courteously to make you feel that they are in control and will ensure you get your order on time. I informed them that if I do not receive the product by Dec 16, I will no longer have any use of the product and needs to be returned for refund. They assured me that the order will be on time, finally two weeks on they emailed me it is only dispatching from China. At that point I already emailed them for refund because that was not what was agreed and will be later than the date I can utilize the product, they emailed me that product is arriving in USA from China and they cannot accept returns and refunds. This is against consumer protection laws as well as misleading customer into following through on the transaction. I cannot believe that a company selling to US consumers can have no return policy - when within mins of placing the order I wanted to cancel the order but was prevented to do so! This is illegal or at least very dishonest business. I have several email evidence documented of the response from Tulmox and will be filing a complaint with BBB as well!

Although the "Sticky" was purchased almost 9 months ago, I feel the product does not live up to all the hype as advertised on the website. It sticks well to the dash and the magnetic connection is good. Problem is the phone does not stay upright. It tilts forward and/or rolls/drops to the right or left. I tried tighening the screw on the back but it didn't help. Also, the device was not used daily and therefore should have lasted even longer. I contacted customer service but of course the product could not be refunded or replaced due to the purchase timeframe. Would not recommend! Better products on the market for the price.
