The trip was good, and the driver was experienced and calm. He took us to two locations so we could see the aurora borealis well. I highly recommend using this company.

Absolutely shocking experience and genuinely dangerous.

We booked a private Northern Lights trip for tonight and had to force the driver to take us back to the hotel due to his reckless and unsafe driving. Road conditions are lightly wintered and icy (around -5°C), yet this driver was constantly drifting across the centre of two lanes while using his phone — at one point watching YouTube videos of Arabic female dancers while driving. Completely unacceptable and terrifying.

The advertised package promised an expert guide, photography tips, hot drinks, and heated seats. None of this existed. Not even close.
The so-called “guide” actually asked us, “Do you want to go north or south?” — shouldn’t an expert know this? He then proceeded to Google “best places to see Northern Lights tonight” in front of us. That alone tells you everything.

This person clearly has no experience, no professionalism, and no regard for passenger safety. There is no way this individual regularly runs Northern Lights tours.

We have raised a full refund claim with GetYourGuide, as this experience was not only a complete misrepresentation but a serious safety risk.

Stay well clear. This feels like nothing short of a scam operation, and I would not trust them with anyone’s safety.

Can't recommend the private transfer from Reykjavik to Keflavík Airport. The photo in the advertising showed well presented type vehicles - what turned up to pick us up at our hotel was a white 6-8 seater van that was scruffy & dirty inside, no carpet, with uncomfortable seats, clearly very different to the advertised picture & description. We queried the driver as to whether he was booked to pick us up & he showed us the booking on his phone with our name. We queried the type of vehicle as it was not what we thought we were booking. He said we need to be more careful in our choosing. We took a photo of our booking (which we still have) & we made no mistake, photo is very different to the vehicle that arrived for pickup.

Very disappointing. Horrible experience.
Tulip tours.ehf declined to refund any part of the cost of the 50 minute transfer.

Great service and communications. V good value way for a family to get from Reykjavik to Keflavik (to airport or the town). Friendly, helpful driver.
