We travel from Brussels to Antalya several times a year, the prices are cheaper than anywhere else. The staff are very good and we have a very good flight, so far we have not had any problems.

You have a big chance not being able to sit close to your loved ones or travel companions
Me and my partner got 2 seats next to each other on the flight out. As you would expect if you’re traveling together. Seemingly this was pure coincidence. On the way back we got 1 seat in front of the plane and 1 seat all the way in the back. It was not even possible to reserve 2 seats next to each other. This was an all inclusive trip it is strange that a company like TUI does not consider putting people with a shared booking next to each other or close to each other in that matter.
Also the flight was delayed 7 Hours.
I would only recommend TUI if you travel alone or do not care to sit close to your loved ones..
Seats have become too small on these…
Seats have become too small on these planes, especially with overweights next to you. Vomit from previous person on seat! There is not enough cleaning on flights between Punta Cana and Brussels. The vomit smell in my seat was nauseating and there were rests of vomit in the magazine pouch. Disgustingly dirty and not acceptable.
Disappointing overall
Disappointing overall. While the service technically delivered what was promised, the experience was far from smooth. I encountered multiple delays, and getting clear answers from customer support was frustrating. Nothing was outright terrible, but the lack of communication and attention to detail made it hard to feel confident. Definitely room for improvement.

Cancellation policy is zero. If you have to change or you can not fly for any reason you will loose all the money. 900 euros to the trash for a service they havent done.

TUI Fly is a complete scam
TUI Fly is a complete scam! My Rabat → Paris flight was a nightmare from start to finish. They weigh even small carry-on bags to charge extra fees, online check-in was not available, and the check-in staff in Rabat was rude and unprofessional. Worst of all, the plane took off with a deflated landing gear tire, causing panic on board. After landing, we were stuck for 45 minutes on the plane for repairs, then another 45 minutes to get our luggage. Avoid this airline at all costs – the worst low-cost ever.

Never again
They almost made me to miss my flights. They made me to pay 144 usd extra because of backpack overweight which could only be 3kg which was not stated anywhere and also a joke as it is always 10kg at least normally.
After paying they still made me to unpack my backpacks and pack the overweight separately as I can not bring it on board it has to go below. The most uncomfortable experience, also after 25 years of flying the first time someone measured my backpack and also be that picky. Never again.
The customer service is terrible
The customer service is terrible. They don't reply to emails, leave us on hold for an excessive amount of time when calling, and take forever to respond on Facebook Messenger. This is all regarding a flight they rescheduled. Terrible service.

No reaction from customer service
I had bought a return flight from TUIfly Belgium with the fly deluxe service package (reservation number 100093082600). As TUIfly made a mistake on the first flight, the fly deluxe customers didn’t get the service they had paid for. A flight attendant told us that we could make a complaint to get a reimbursement for the missing service, which I did. In a week’s time, I received a message from TUIfly customer service that I had received a reimbursement. They also sent a link to a website where I was supposed to get a text message verifying that it’s me, after which I could introduce my bank account number. The problem is that I don’t get this text message. I have since mid-April sent several emails to TUIfly customer service explaining this, without any personalised response. They have just resent the link to the website, but it is useless as I don’t receive the text message that would allow me to go further. I have also called them and offered to give my bank account info on the phone. This was not possible. I have also sent emails explaining that I already have a new booking with TUIfly and proposing that they reimburse the amount on this booking. No reply since 1,5 months. I’m glad that I’m only entitled to a small reimbursement, cannot imagine how it would be if I was waiting for hundreds or thousands of euros and the customer service completely ignored me. What is wrong with TUIfly customer service - too many complaints perhaps?

Talking to the customers like animals and then have the nerve to complain about us defending ourselves. Every single one who works for tui Belgium needs training. PATHETIC and sickening!!! Perfect
Booked a return flight from osted to Alicante. Had to collect our little dogs and cannot fly directly to the UK with dogs in the cabin.
The whole experience was perfect. Drove to osted via euro tunnel, parked at the carpark in osted which was simple. Our flight was for 6am and it was on time. Flight crew were great, and information was in all languages including English which helped! We arrived in Alicante on time everything went perfectly.
Return flight with our dogs was excellent also. We were sat in 25a and 26a with the dogs. Flight was on time and back in osted on time also.
Car park is great value only 10.50 per day. Got the car and drive home to London via the euro tunnel with 2 little balls of fluff (dogs)
After reading the bad reviews here I was a little worried but everything went without a problem.
Definitely if we need to do this trip again I would.
Disastrous flight company - should be held accountable
Booked a long weekend in Antwerp. Paid extra to fly in and out of Antwerp with Tui.
First of all they changed our return flight from Antwerp, now departing over 4 hours earlier ! Then they decided that even though we have paid extra to fly into Antwerp they will now fly us to Brussels ! No apology for the inconvenience, no chance to cancel the holiday without losing all our money , impossible to contact customer service. The airline is a scam. If I had wanted to fly into Brussels there are plenty of other airlines far cheaper. Stay away from this company
Bad service
Bad service with people who don’t want to work at Tui Service Call office. No change of flights possible online, no way to contact them with prove or questions and get a professional respond back. Young girl was very arrogant on the phone and hang up. Last time I book with this company.
