Thieving Scum
Apparently this firm owns Yodel. In my experience they are thieves. They say packages are delivered and put in safe places, but leave no cards or notes to say they have..try to contact yodel and there is no active phone service other than an AI bot which directs to you go online and talk to someone on live chat. Go to do that and conveniently it doesent work. It leave you waiting on on a dead webpage. There is no email to complain and essentially no complaints procedure. Parcel numbers are not recognised either. There is no way to contact a human. They employ and protect thieves and I am reporting this company and yodel to Ofcom. I hope you get fined and shut down for disgusting atrocious customer service. Thieves.
Several company’s have been taken over…
Several company’s have been taken over by the shift group, YDLGP who also own yodel Tufnell and others check their reviews, re owner of shift has raped everyone, currently owes thousands to drivers, we are heading to shift head office shortly as they will not respond to us, the owner a Jacob yes I know Corlett has the minus touch in that everything he touches turns to poo. Avoid this man’s businesses if you don’t want to waist your time or money

Lying Deceitful Company
Ordered through Amazon
Got a message from them at 7.51am saying Tufnel couldn't deliver because no one answered door, we were up having breakfast at our usual time of 7.30am and expecting a delivery at anytime
Contacted Tufnel by 10am, after hours of trying, who told us the item wasn't even on the van, so it couldn't be delivered today,

Don't take time off work and pay for a Next Day Delivery
BECAUSE THEY DON'T.....
Now been told it might be delivered tomorrow, sometime or maybe not, because it's a Gazebo that weights over 35kg
Another day off work
day 2 none delivery
Day 2 and still no parcel. 2 days of having email to say it would be today. 2 days wasted for waiting around. Not happy. Shocking company
They LOST 2 packages weighing in total…
They LOST 2 packages weighing in total 44kg one of which was 2.5m long and the other 3m long. They were patio awnings worth £300.
My question is, HOW ON EARTH can any courier company simply loose such large items???? Clearly someone took a liking to them and they decided to have then for themselves. There is no way anyone can 'mislay' such items. They don't answer the phone when you call, and took a week to admit that were lost. Because I didn't insure them (via Interparcel who are just as bad) I have lost almost £300. Warning ! do NOT use this company!!!!!!!!
FRAUDULENT courier service STAY CLEAR
Absolutely Hopeless courier service. I had order an item from Victoria Plumbing and they used such cheap courier company inspite of such bad reviews.
They have misplaced one part of the item and delivered only one part.
Then their driver will not dispatch the item and drive off and leave a false note to their customer service of missed delivery everytime to not deliver the item.
Firstly it is hard to get hold of customer service even during normal working out.
then their customer service will take off the item you are third party account.
Hopeless outfit
It's taken this useless company a whole week to deliver an order the sum total of 9 miles from the point of despatch. Their excuse of being out of driver's hours is wholly ridiculous. I could have walked it in a day!
How are they still in business?
How are they still in business?
Parcel shipped for next day delivery but didn't arrive as they 'ran out of time'
Upgraded to 'Priority Delivery' but only 1 of 2 parcels loaded but still didn't arrive.
No way of contacting them.

The driver turned up alone knowing he had a large two man parcel onboard ,took photos of my stairway and building and said ,Nooooo I’m not doing that. Showed me the back of truck and left.
What a complete disgrace and shambles of a company.
Paid for next day delivery
Paid for next day delivery, not received. No communication at all. These people are total clowns. If you want a reliable delivery service do not use Tuffnels
Awful
Awful, stay away. There information for deliveries is none existent. I called, spoke to a lad who realed of standard answers. Not prepared to help. I told him how bad they were. Got on to company who I purchased from. The called tufnells and apparently, the person who answered the phone got upset and delayed my delivery. Useless would be a positive feedback

Cannot believe this company is being used no communication what so ever been waiting 2 days for a soda collection customer services are a joke avoid avoid avoid !!!
They "went the second mile"
They had to deliver a very long carpet roll which was heavy. I was in bed with a cold when they rang and said "we drop this off, but it is your responsibility to get it in." I said I was [1] not young anymore, and [2] in bed with a cold - but I'll drive over an do what I can.
They conferred with colleagues, and the delivery man then said he'd get a mate to come along and see what they could do. They turned up, and the three of us got the long roll into the property.
There was a matter-of-fact manner but underneath - a real willingness to be helpful. Tufnell may have rotten reviews elsewhere, but I would be heartless not to recognise the two delivery men with heart.
One Star is too good for this lot
How do you lose a large package? After a 13 week wait for blinds from the Shutterstore. This lot lost one carton containing two of the 4 blinds. I now have a 12-14 week wait for replacements.
Apparently this is not an unusual occurrence, why Shutterstore use them is beyond me, probably coz they're cheap
SCAM
SCAM. Daylight robbery.
They don't collect. They don't give an estimated time. It's actually not a guaranteed service. For your own sake, use any other courier service.
Unhelpful and Unreliable!
Organised a return. This really strange guy collected it in a really old van. I knew I wasn’t going to see that parcel again! Annoyingly the parcel cost me £500 and is now lost and they are refusing to help resolve the issue as I used parceltogo.com to organise the courier. I am now out of pocket £500 and parcel to go and tuffnell are taking no responsibility. Really sad especially at this time of year. Don’t use them you can’t speak to anyone when you do just sounds like a guy out on his mobile phone. Unhelpful and unreliable!
Dreadful service and parcel tracking.
Dreadful service and parcel tracking.
They were delivering a heavy glass table top so I had delivery booked for today so I had people to unload.
The Tracking said it hadn't been delivered to the local branch yet. I contacted the supplier who spoke to them - as the recipient of a parcel this is frankly impossible.
The supplier came back to me and said that Tufnalls said the delivery would not be today as it hadn't been sent to the local branch.
I went for a walk with my wife and got a call 10 minutes later to say the driver had arrived with the glass table top.
My 21 year old son described him as the rudest person he had ever met when he explained that he was the only person to help unload. My son went to get some shoes to help unload and by the time he had come out the driver had man handled the 3 metre by 1.5 metre crate out on his own.
Fortunately, the glass wasn't damaged due to the excellent packaging.
Despite being delivered 3 hours ago the Tracking detail still says it hasn't reached the branch!!
Must do better!!
Delivered on time and kept me informed. But unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address by Tufnell. Fortunately for me the recipient was kind enough to bring my order to my address.
Forged signature
Driver delivered wrong gazebo. Now having a total nightmare with retailer about rectifying this. The delivery driver also forged a signature and left the packages at the back of our house so he didn’t have to take it back to his depot as is the company policy. Beyond amateurish and we will be looking further into whether forging someone’s signature is legal. Avoid
