The team at tuff-trek have been incredibly helpful and welcoming with our steps into camping and overlanding. They have a wealth of knowledge and experience and we have been impressed with the great service provided with fast and efficient ordering, collection and delivery process throughout.

We are yet to try out our new TT-02 in the wild, but have tested it in the garden. It looks great on the car, feels sturdy and very comfortable. The pricing is very competitive with our market research and there are lots of considerations that have been made, making the user-bility functions and practical.

A special thanks to Mark, who guided us through from initially welcoming us to explore the showroom, to final collection. Much appreciated and we are very excited to make best use of our new set up!

Team are super knowledgeable, we exchanged lots of emails while I was making my decision on a RSI or alucab canopy. The team are very helpful and nothing was a problem for them. These guys are the best out there. I will always come back to tuff trek.

I placed my order on a Saturday (Expo weekend) so thought it would take a few days before I would hear back. Received an email first thing Monday confirming my order and it was dispatched on 24hr FED Ex delivery later that day, received my TTA1 awning room on the following morning.
Super service and great communication. The quality of the Awning Room is superb as I knew it would be.

10 out of 10 for product knowledge, customer support and installation service. I found Tuff-Trek online while researching a new roof top tent to replace my iKamper, the team answered all of my email questions promptly and professionally leaving nothing to chance.

I travelled over 400 miles each way to get the tent fitted and I do not regret it at all, the guys fitted the tent and gave me a full walk through of the installation, they were also kind enough to address a couple of leaks I had from the Front Runner Extreme roof rack that I had installed the week before. For anyone else considering fitting a Front Runner roof rack on a Jeep Wrangler I would suggest buying it from Tuff-Trek as well and have them fit that for you.

I would highly recommend speaking to the guys at Tuff-trek for any roof top tent and over landing advice. Great products, great team and fantastic customer care, before, during and after the sale.

Great customer service & advice with excellent products. I purchased the Tuff Trek awning at 2.5m which fits easily on my roof bars, is solid and well built. Can easily recommend.
