This Storage Company is in a class of its own. Running a business in an
area which is known for its poor social standing, I have to admit that they are doing a remarkable good job. The managerial staff is very professional,
polite and display the highest decorum and respect. My personal effects and property is well secured, safe and the establishment is clean and well taken care off. I am very happy and pleased with the choice I have made.

We're very helpful in making my choice in a storage unit. Prices are fantastic.

The booking was quick and not complicated. When I arrived they were very helpful and careful with my items.

A $17 late fee is ridiculous, unfair and shows that this company cares nothing about its customers. I have been "valued customer" for 7 to 8 years and the rent has gone up steadily every year sometimes twice in one year. life gets busy and we are human, I am not saying that there should not be a late fee but 17 dollars we are not children. we are your customers maybe an end of the month reminder to an e-mail address could be considered for long time customers. I am not saying that there should not be a penalty for late payments but 17 dollars is ridiculous.

This storage unit has a very narrow hallway that make move in difficult. The hallways are poorly lit as well and the building itself could use a facelift. Also, the front office gets extremely busy and they could really use more people at the front.

Needed to get a bed out after hours and I was late due to fam members not being ready with the truck however when they were ready we read the rules and it said that not only did we have to give 24hr notice to get our stuff outside business hours we also need to pay a fee so we ended up not getting the bed out and we had to return the truck that night so e still have not been able to retrieve my daughters bed I wonder if you have a service where we can have one of the company trucks and driver to deliver unit contents to an address if need be now that would be great because right now I need to get my stuff out but I have no license and nobody to drive or help me move my stuff.

Santos the manager at Crescent street is very helpful and always greet me with a big smile and assist with whatever I need. I only goes there maybe once a month but always remember my name.

My husband and I have used this storage for almost 3 years now. So far we can't find anything to complain about. The staff are nice, the storage building is clean, and the location is very accessible to us. I will certainly recommend Tuck-It Away to anybody looking for a storage place if available in their area.

I VERY HAPPY WITH THE WAY I HAVE BEEN TREATED AS A CUSTOMER, BUT ONE THING WHEN I GOT MY SPACE ,,MORE THAN 1 YR AGO .MY SPACE WAS 75 DOLLARS ,,,NOW AFTER ONE YR IT WENT UP TO 125 DOLLARS ..WHEN I FIRST GOT THE STORAGE THEY DID TELL ME IT WAS ON SPECIAL ,,,BUT FOR IT TO GO UP 50 DOLLARS IN ONE SHOT I THINK THATS TO MUCH ,,,I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER ... ALWAYS PAID ON TIME ,,,50 DOLLARS IN ONE SHOT TO MUCH I BELEIVE ,,,THANK U FOR YOUR TIME OMAR CRUZ

I would recommend this storage place to anyone! They provided great customer service, and even went the extra mile to assist me moving in, stacking up my unit, and moving out. Every visit was pleasant, my things were safe, the hours of operation were convenient, and the prices are reasonable. Will go back if I ever need to!

Santos is an amazing customer representative, I always have a pleasant easy time when he is there and he goes the extra mile for you which is rare these days and so I really appreciate that.

At first I didn't know what to expect since the facility was located in like an old run down building and the lights are not automatic. However this was the only place I found that had a good rate offered a truck and promotion for 6 months. I love my stay at tuck it away it was wonderful never had a problem. The employees were very helpful and when I forgot the number to my unit they knew it. They remembered me and when I called on the phone they knew who they were talking to. I had my belongings there for almost two years and no complain. My location was at between 167 and 166 in Webster. The employees even helped me organize my stuff and helped me if I needed help. Always friendly and courteous. I am even considering renting a smaller unit again soon. Would recommend this facility to everyone I know.

Friendly staff and a good deal.
I don't have much experience with storage service but I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't live far away from it.

I had less than a day to get out & into a much smaller place, for the rent my unit is perfect.. Staff was So nice and helpful
