Awesome service
Great service, speedy communication and went above and beyond to ensure we got a tub when we needed one despite it being incredibly last minute. The hub was great. Everything was set up for us and because we had an outside hot tap only took a few hours to heat up. We hired a gazebo so despite it being a cold, wet and windy February half term we were very cosy and happy in the tub day and night!

This is the fourth time we have hired a hot tub (the biggest Helsinki one) and it has been perfect every time. This is the coldest we’ve had one (freezing all day and night) and it has been amazing. Great service, highly recommend.

Easy process
I was pleased with the hire of the Helsinki hot tub. It was an easy process, and I would definitely think of doing it again. Do bear in mind that you need to keep it plugged it at all times. Since we don't have an outside power point we had to keep the window open for the duration of the hire.
