Delivered on time and in perfect condition. The Tubble is perfect for what we were looking for, we have a walk in shower but no bath. We needed a new bath for our 2.5 year old but didn't want to have to do a remodeling just to include a new bath. The Tubble fits perfectly in the shower tray area(1550*750) and our 2.5 year old loves it as its soft around the edges and comfortable firm on the base. Would recommend for children and adults. Saved us a fortune on a remodel :)

I presented a problem with picture proof I experienced with their product and without any further questions they immediately proposed to send me a replacement product. That's the type of service that puts a smile on my face!

The tub and whirlpool are perfect and relaxing. The problem is that the hose for the whirlpool is too short and the noise is absolutely terrible with medium-level whirlpools and especially at full power you have to wear noise-canceling headphones.

The bubble maker is so noisy that it's not possible to use in apartment without annoying the neighbors

Unfortunately, I struggle with chronic Lyme, which causes me a lot of pain, daily. In 2019, I moved into a newly built, "life time house". I rent this house by a corporation, so I'm not allowed to make any major modifications myself. All the rooms are spacious; so is the bathroom. It could easily accommodate a bathtub, which would also benefit my muscle joints. But I've accepted that it's just not possible in a rental property.

Then I came across Tubble; the perfect solution! About six months ago, I bought a Tubble Royale with the cushion and bamboo tray as extras. I just love it!

It is actually more comfortable than a regular bath. All the edges are soft in contrary to a regular bath. I also put a yoga mat underneath, so the seating is comfortable as well.

I highly recommend Tubble because of their products but also their customer service, which is also top-notch.

Two expensive bathtubs that I have ordered from you did not last more than 1 year each. I am therefore utterly disappointed and cannot recommend you.☹️

A couple of things!
What an awesome bath for anyone without space but loves a soak. It's robust and comfortable, easy to clean and folds up into It's own portable bag...which is also fairly robust.
On the robustness, the drain stop broke off but I had a new one ordered in no time after a very pleasant customer service experience, even though the part is not visible available for purchase on the website (I assume it doesn't happen often enough to warrant shopspace).
I'd recommend the Tubble bath and the Tubble company to anyone! Well done!

The product itself is fantastic! Its the 2nd time I have purchased (the only reason I needed to order a 2nd due to my own fault not damage). The quality I'd the material is 10/10. Easy to clean, extremely comfortable to use and easy to set up and operate. O actually prefer Tubble tubs to a normal bath due toy ability to lean back into the air filled cushion of a bath that it is! I honestly could not recommend this product more the Cuzi is FANTASTIC, although not silent the noise is acceptable level for the amount of bubbles and the varying controls are an awesome additional touch! The customer service team are ace too I'm a UK customer and will tell everyone who needs a bath that this is the place to get it! Great value for money and if you don't leave it in the garden like I did to he battered by a storm will past years! And that's with daily use.

Next Update 4/3/25: Tubble team reached out and offered a replacement and I covered shipping. Just arrived. A perfect tubble and a wonderful customer experience for me. Great team there and very understanding and customer focussed. Helped me go from being a little disappointed to being absolutely elated with their service. Thank you so much

First Update 26/2/24: Tubble responded below that they had sent me an email to sort this out. Sadly they haven’t 😒

Bought my tubble in November 23 for Christmas and used it about 30 times since then. Up till now overjoyed with it.

However the plastic around the valve has fatigued and split. The repair kit isn’t possible to fix because it’s not a body repair.

Thought I would try and ask tubble team for support. Knew it was older than one year and outside warranty. Very polite email exchange but sadly, even though I feel it’s unsatisfactory to have only lasted for about 30 uses, tubble only offered I could get a professional repair kit at a 15% discount if I bought a new tubble.

Politely refused but still feel it’s a quality issue but the rules is the rules and i knew it was only 1-year warranty.

It was my second order at tubble.com and everything worked perfect.

My order was not in stock, they told me wen it was availeble again, then i orderd it.

It was easy to find a substitute tube which only could be declared as this not only as connector.

I really like this tub. It fits pretty small bathrooms like ours in an apartment. I had my old tubble for almost 10 years before it started to break and have holes. They're very durable and comfortable. Shipping was also fast. Easy to use and clean.

The tub is great. It’s very sturdy and comfortable. I’m 5’1 and can stretch out fully. It’s easy to inflate/deflate. I usually leave mine inflated so it can fully air out between uses. I did accidentally leave a little moisture in it before going away for a few days. When I came back there was a little bit of red bacteria. I used the cleaner they sell on the website and it took care of the issue easily. I just scrubbed a bit with a wash rag. Overall in super happy with the purchase. The water pump they sell has given me problems though. I followed the instructions but the 3rd time I used it the power block housing blew off. After unplugging it I observed scorch marks, smoke, and a burning smell. I double checked the electrical ratings and there should have been no issue with the electrical system in my apartment. Tubble has been great though. They quickly responded and have said they are issuing a refund for the pump. I’m just waiting for it to show in my bank account. They seem to be a very reliable company with good customer service.
