These aren't the products I ordered.
I ordered two MITSU-BISHI HI-UNI 2B graphite pencils.
I received two MITSU-BISHI UNI 2B graphite pencils.
"HI-UNI" and "UNI" are two different grades.
"HI-UNI" is the top-of-the-line model. Not "UNI".
Anyone can make a mistake. The main thing is to acknowledge it and set things right.
So, I am waiting for what I ordered: two MITSU-BISHI HI-UNI 2B pencils. Thanks
