Great coach for neurodivergent people

I worked with Leigh for a series of sessions over a few months, and would highly recommend her coaching. When I started working with Leigh, I was working a dead end job that I hated. The biggest problem wasn’t the work itself but the amount I had to mask (barely successfully) just to get along with coworkers without causing unnecessary drama. I had a pile of creative interests, but not much confidence to seriously consider pursuing any of them as a career. A few months later, and I’ve developed a flexible but solid long-term plan for some of my creative projects and I feel sure that they will make money as my skills improve. For the time being, I’ve developed a much better understanding of workplace culture and a better appreciation for the skills I currently have. I can’t express how helpful it was to talk to a nonjudgmental career coach who could explain things in a way that made sense with how my brain works. Leigh helped me break things down into smaller steps—something I have always struggled with. She also helped me understand how to find my strengths in my past accomplishments, how to represent my strengths in interviews and corporate settings, and how to make sure early on that the places I’m applying to respect and value neurodiversity and neurodivergent employees. If you’re neurodivergent, and particularly late-diagnosed or self-diagnosed, I would recommend working with her.

Leadership Coaching for Autistics

Before I started working with Leigh, I was very focused on progressing my career—getting that next, higher-level job. But I only had a vague sense of what would actually be a good fit for me. I was coming at things from a deficit model, constantly analysing what I was missing—whether in my performance, the way I presented myself, or how I interviewed—and assuming that's why I hadn’t landed the next role yet.

After working with Leigh, I now approach things with a much clearer sense of my own worth. I’ve become more discerning (in a good way!) about the kind of opportunities I would actually want to pursue for a promotion or career move. I have a stronger awareness of how my work affects me as a whole person—not just professionally, but emotionally and energetically.

Leigh was incredibly patient and tenacious in our conversations. She listened when I went off on tangents—not trying to pull me back “on track,” but gently exploring where that tangent might actually lead. She held space with composure, even when I turned up unsure about the process or what I was getting out of it that week. But over time, I came to really value that process—and how each session added something meaningful to the bigger picture.

My advice for anyone considering working with Leigh? Go for it. If your gut tells you she’s the right coach for you, your gut is probably right. If you're neurodivergent, Leigh brings a depth of empathy that only lived experience can offer. And if you're trying to hear what your inner self is quietly trying to say—about your job, your career, or your future—Leigh is exactly the person to help you listen.

Effective communication to find the truths you need

In three sessions I’ve had more “a-ha” moments and made greater progress with Leigh than I had in years of mentorship and counselling. She is a gifted communicator and extremely talented at doing exactly what her business name says - listening through the noise to find the important points. If you are a neurodivergent professional in a career quandary I would recommend her again and again as a coach. I can’t wait for our next session!

We unlocked so much!

Dear prospective TTN Clients,

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 46 years old. Whilst it provided me immense relief and validation it introduced an acceptance that some things will always be hard and that my differences and “quirks” will always influence how and what I do. What I didn’t know was how to accept it, work with it, realize the strengths of it (the majority of information and media focusses on the struggles) and learn to be generally “ok” with it. What I also didn’t understand was how I had gotten where I am in my line of work (I won’t use the word career as that seems to be something premeditated) and how to step up into what I was invited to.

This is where Leigh came in.

After hearing Leigh on a podcast and having what and how she described the challenges and work that she doest with clients at TTN resonate with me I reached out. We had our first chat and set the tone of what we would work on. It was evident immediately that my concerns were common among “successful” ADHD folk and there were things that we could do to help me accept, harness and, yes, exploit my flavor of brain.

Rapport was immediate. In the course of the 6 sessions there were many laughs, lots of fun and lots of tangential entertaining stories. Leigh had empathy to my struggles (inflated, perceived or otherwise) and her demeanor of making space whilst quietly encouraging me to dig for the answers myself; remembering you’ve likely done “good stuff” but haven’t realized it applies to things in the now is empowering.

We are creative beasts. With encouragement and support it’s amazing how we look at problems and the fascinating ways solve them. Our methods and thought patterns may bewilder others - if you bring them on the journey they will be mind-blown!

Our early sessions dug into the barriers I experienced, how to define them, scope them and ultimately understand and expect them. Sometimes they can’t be eliminated or easily climbed over - when you find what works. Knowing something will likely happen makes it much less scary when it does! It’s sadistic that not knowing or expect them usually makes them happen… Hmmmm …

The sessions then progressed to specifics about the leadership quandary I found myself in: being asked to “be a leader” and not knowing what a “leader” is let alone a neuro-spicy one! We dug deep and Leigh coached me to look at past experiences of good leadership (from others or yourself) and how we can bring these to bear in the now.

By the time we got to the latter stages of the 6 sessions we were enacting a plan. To be bold. To remember the successes and lessons from the past (success amnesia is a thing) and start to believe that I can influence or outright change rather a lot. I leaned to advocate for myself and for others, to be an ally to other neurodivergents including those also finding themselves in leadership positions. To trust my experience, my gut and trusting that I have valuable, powerful ideas. Who would have thought this would be so fulfilling?!

Thank you Leigh for lending your expertise, guidance, encouragement and for casting my challenges in a realistic light. I see great things ahead and happily attribute my enjoyment of the journey to you.

Warmly,

S.

Couldn't recommend Leigh enough if…

Couldn't recommend Leigh enough if you're having a dilemma with your career. Her ability to make you challenge yourself and think in depth about what it is you really want is incredible, especially for someone like me who had been feeling particularly lost career wise.

Having never done coaching before I wasn't sure what I was going into, but Leigh is such a patient coach and you can tell she's always listening to what you're saying so she can ask the right questions to push you further. She's really made me reflect on my career before now and help build a foundation for where I want to go from here.

The best coaching service I’ve ever used

Working with TTN has been incredible. I’ve learnt a lot about myself and my needs that I couldn’t have done otherwise. I had tried other coaching services in the past but none clicked. This one however has been incredible and I could not rate it highly enough.
