I ordered and paid £27 for gems for my so yesterday order #1489 and we’ve not received them other than an email saying order confirmed. I’ve sent multiple messages asking what’s going on and no response at all when it says 24/7 customer service

I did not receive the order nor have I received a response to any of my emails about it.

used it to buy some gems in the past and worked like a charm, imo a pretty honest site to buy gems, instant and it only takes a few taps/clicks to buy the product, then be delivered instantly to the mailbox in-game, would recommend this if you want to find a cheaper way to get gems rather than through roblox's robux

Made a purchase to my son 13/11, money is withdrawld from my account, still we havent recieved anything. E-mailed customer service, it’s gone several days and still no reply! 20 dollars straight out the Window! This site is a scam, do NOT buy!!!

Tgems.store is a scam. It may be different from tdgems.store. They fleeced my 7yo of his pocket money. Lesson learnt.
Update: whilst I haven't checked tdgems.store, check you didn't use tgems.store.

I bought Gem from this website twice. First time, It advertised that they will deliver gem instantly. But It took few hours to deliver. Anyways, the latest time, I bought gem of quantity more than first time. I bought gem yesterday. I dont receive any gem until now. I emailed them twice. But no reply at all and has not delivered gem yet. Now I feel regret buying from this website
