Unmotivated success and disrespect for buyers

Tsume has become famous all over the world for some reason that is incomprehensible to me (I have 7 of their statues, the quality is the same as many good chinese studios that are infinitely cheaper) but unlike many of its competitors, it has not raised its standards to match them to its level of success, especially in packaging. And so it can happen that one of their products arrives at you damaged and with the box completely destroyed; but the couriers are not to blame, because we all know that shipping all over the world involves risks... but these risks must be minimized with adequate packaging, which Tsume doesn't do at all, shipping his own statues with minimal and utterly insufficient protection, as if it were to deliver them next door.
This can be expected from the last of the unimportant chinese studios (which, by the way, pack much better), but not from one of the global giants that knows that even its brown boxes are listed at a certain value and should have respect for the buyers, which Tsume definitely don't have.

Indeed, before the beginning of the first deliveries, a sample of statues passes a breakage test to check the effectiveness of the packaging, if it does not allow to preserve our products to the maximum, it is rethought and adjusted. We would also like to remind you that the brown box is only used to transport the statue. Indeed, the brown box can arrive damaged as long as the statue inside is intact, its use is only dedicated to protection.

If unfortunately, one of the elements of your statue arrives damaged after delivery, we invite you to open a ticket via our website to inform our support team who will try to answer your request as soon as possible. Please be assured that we are fully committed to customer satisfaction.

I bought Vegeta and Goku HQS Damage and no answer from Tsume

I bought Vegeta and Goku HQS from Tsume. Waited 2 years for the product ….. Unfortunatley Vegetas head was broken on Delivery. I opened a ticked 20 days ago and still got no answer from Tsume. Before I bought other HQS too. Doubt I will ever buy more if this is the assistance and customer care they offer very bad. Easier to find someone in my town that can fix it. Since I don't want to own a headless Vegeta!!!!

They contacted me today 22 march and they are kindly sending me a replacement head so I am happy. Thanks
