Very bad quality the phone case itself must cost about 1-2 dollars on AliExpress or wish and not even two weeks after buying one and the design is already falling off the case.

I was hesitant that this brand would be a scam like other anime sites but I took the chance and was highly impressed! I received the phone case within the next few days and loved this case! Not only the art work with the reflective color but also has a ton of functionality! MagSafe, raised edges for the screen, tactile buttons and it’s slim! 10/10 recommend!

Refund policy is only there for show
Saw their ad on Instagram and was drawn to their design. I ended up ordering two sailor moon phone cases (that is listed on their website), but accidentally ordered the wrong size. I email them requesting a refund but only for them to reply that the items I ordered were custom and thus cannot be refunded. Nowhere on the product listing stated that it was a custom item. This is extra confusing as they have a custom tab where you can print your own photos.
The image is also poorly printed and with the added magsafe, there is a clear circle on the image where the magsafe is.

We have a 24 to 48-hour window for checking and updating orders, and an email is sent after purchase with instructions on how to review your order details before its made and shipped as it takes us alot of time and effort in making them and very expensive to ship it aswell.

edit: after contacting customer service they offered a satisfactory resolution. hopefully they upgrade their products soon, because the concept it there. the customer service representatives were very nice and easy to work with.

Terrible product
My product didn't come on the date they said it would have, two days later than expected.
But also not even 24 hours after owning the case it is already started to break apart. Not only that but images used on the phone cases are Ai generated. Meaning they don't hold proper value.
Highly suggest not buying off this company.
However their customer service is excellent.

Got a majin vegeta iphone case from them with magsafe and it is very nice, good quality art, magsafe working very nicely. Id REALLY reccomend their cases as this is my first trustpilot review ever (thats how good it is)

Got the design I wanted and the case was sent over and got here quick. The case did have issues but it wasn't an issue at all and they've put a sealant on the case and have sent out another case 👌🏾 this is awesome customer service .. highly recommend and the staff team are really friendly 😁
