I placed my order on 12/5 didn't get it until 12/21. I had thought I would get it sooner than that due to the dispatch (updated to right word for clarity) time claiming to be 5-10 days on the website banner. Turns out they ment business days, which was on the website deep under faqs. When I reached out to see when my package would ship I was met with what seemed to be a passive aggressive chat telling me I hadn't waited long enough, i reached out on the 16th. "It has not yet been 10 business days dear :) today would be the 7th. It is 24-48 hours after we drop it off." After chatting with them my package was on the way. I understand they probably had a bunch of people reaching out for holiday presents, but they should have managed expectations by saying business days on the banner. This banner has since been changed.

Tried to give benefit of the doubt about customer service. The response to this review makes me not want to buy again.
I wasn't upset about the time it took i was upset the banner at my time of ordering didn't say business days.

Very gorgeous and quality jewellery. Beautifully packed. Got some lovely gifts that I can tell were picked carefully and with a little note and candy too. Made with magic indeed.

really love tsukiblade’s stuff :) super unique and very pretty. the only downside ive found is difficulty with the flat-back studs, getting the front in is quite difficult and ive had two fall out - though only lost one! i think the front could do with a longer screw, but that’s the only issue ive found, genuinely very wonderful.

The duskblade earrings are exactly what I was hoping for! Amazing quality and the cutest mystery bag ever! The free gift was totally adorbale too! Highly recommend and will order again.

Order comes in good time and each piece is good quality and looks as shown on the website. Very prompt in getting back to people about delays and other concerns and with reaching out with concerns.

I cannot recommend this store enough. I have purchased so many items from here now and I love them all. I love that the jewellery is stainless steel, it means it doesn't tarnish like plated metals can. For alternative jewellery it's always my number one option. I've purchased from other places and things look rubbish after a while. I've worn necklaces from here for years and never broken etc. Thank you for creating such cool collections!

The package came fully intact, there was a nice note and candy inside as an extra. The bag of which it came it is very pretty and can be kept, you even get a microfibercloth with it! Earrings look beautiful too.

My friend bought me a pair of scythe earrings and a beautiful choker-like necklace. The quality is great compared to other jewelry I have and I have no complaints about the durability!

Shipping did take a bit longer than anticipated, but that was out of their hands and they were explicit and communicative about the delay.

Packaging was simple and put together well. I felt like all of the items were packaged with care and were protected from transit.

Overall, a great experience. From the good communication to solid build quality, I will definitely be buying more pieces from them in the future!

tsuki blade did very well at keeping me updated on the status of my order and when it finally arrived i was very satisfied and pleased with how nicely presented it was.

I got the divine longsword, axe and dusk blade earrings.
Arrived in good time, any questions I had they answered quickly and the quality + design looks great in person, just as advertised!

I made an order with them in march for one item and received it with no issue. In june, I made another order, this time with three items, and as it was over 150$, freebies were included. When opening the delivered box, I see it's the same item ordered a few months back, with some freebies. I undersdand a mistake has been made and contact them right away, explaining i believe there has been a mix up and i offer to send the one item back, as i did not pay for that one particularly. I get a response the next day, saying its strange considering one of the item ordered was on pre order but that they will look it up and that i could keep the other items. It has been months since (it's now september). I have sent emails to get some updates on my order and I am met with silence. I sincerely hope I can delete this review eventually and receive what I actually ordered as I was planning on purchasing more from this website.

UPDATE: they reached out, apologizing for the delay, and my original order has now been received (with additional freebies, on October 2nd). Additional rating was changed from 1 to 4 stars.
