Print issue but great customer service.
My custom black & white print is black and blue, and off centre. However, this has been resolved to my satisfaction, so I will add that the customer service has been great.

The T-Shirt turned out amazingly, it’s exactly how I designed it :) it also arrived in time and makes me, as well as the person I gave the shirt to, SO HAPPY
(I had some troubles with designing at first, the images moved every time I wanted to confirm the design but I changed it until it stayed my way)

Why did the print change?
Hi, I was really pleased with the first order of T-Shirts, hence making a 2nd order. However the restock had been printed in a different way, bulky iron on unlike the first print which was very close to the fabric. There was no option I was aware of for choosing how it's printed but also no notification that it would be different. Speedy processing and delivery appreciated, but If the way it's printed is luck of the draw I probably won't order again.

Thank you for taking the time to review, all reviews are appreciated. Looking at your orders it seems that you had ticked the box to remove the background on your first order but not on the second. They were both DTG applications it would be that the print would feel slightly thicker and raised on the second order. We are happy to always remove for any repeat orders if this is your preference.
