I order a tshirt in March. Got repeated excuses for non-delivery and to date have had no refund. These guys are rip off merchants
Ordered and paid for a t shirt in December for a Christmas present. A week later got an email to say 'sorry, this item is not available', so why on earth was it listed as being in stock and why did they take money from me? Emailed to ask for a refund twice. No response. Phoned but just got an answer machine. Fortunately, had paid through PayPal so complained through them, and it was escalated to a dispute. Surprise, surprise, tshirtmachine then refunded me. Would never use these people again or recommend them. Items not actually in stock and dreadful customer service.
