I suspect that this company is a fraud

I suspect that this company is a fraud. I tried reaching them from their web form, no one answers. I tried calling, I get a message I cannot call from my area, they give another number. I try it, same message. I saw they are only online since 2020. The problem is there is a charge on my credit card from that company and I have no records or it at all. I tried finding the supposed owner, Peter Whalen, he is no where. There Linked link is dead as well as their FaceBook link.
