This company scams everyone

This company scams everyone. I received a flyer in the mail in July 2024 inviting me to dinner and a presentation on how to get rid of a timeshare . They were very impressive. I paid them 7000.00 and sent all the legal documents they requested. In November I received an invoice from my timeshare for 2025 fees. I called TS and was told to ignore and not pay it. This month I received another invoice with late fees and interest and a threat of collection. I’m trying to get the money back from my credit card but the bank said it wasn’t likely . I did call my timeshare and explained the situation. She advised me to pay the invoice so daily fees would stop and she took off the fees which amounted to almost $500, does anyone know if a class action suit has been filed? This company is shameful. Most of the people at the presentation where seniors like mr

I paid this company $7,768 to cancel my time share in 2023. I am 79yrs old, and didn’t want my children to have to pay on this debt because their name appears on the contract. I did talk to Chuck Ames, whose number is NOW disconnected, he told me he would take care of it. I also talked to Robert Andrews their lawyer who says he wasn’t paid, (he want me to pay him another $2000 to exit)
I have left messages with Loretta? and Heather Williams as requested by Dustin Vizueta a Senior Advisor to TS.
Chuck Ames who was my Personal Advisor, was to take care of outstanding Maintenance fees which occurred during the process of Exit which he never took care of . I now owe back maintenance fees to Regal Vista, which I am unable to pay. Is there a Class Action Suit ? What can I do?

TS Compliancegroup a Scam

I attended their seminar, saw they had a 100% guarantee to exit my timeshare, and maintenance fees, paid $6500.00 November of 2023. Googled them. I sent my deed and all relevant papers, I have emailed, called a dozen times and there has been no resolution. Their number is disconnected.. I am in the process of reporting to the attorney general, I have written reviews, and reported to the BBB.

Breach of contract

TS Compliance Group is in breach of my contract and does not respond to any inquiries other than to say "we're working hard for you." They take your money and then disappear. All their telephone numbers are an answering service and nothing is resolved. Please stay away from this company!

WOW!!! Scam

WOW!!!! Sounds like we are all in the same sinking boat. Every review is the same. Robert Andrews, the attorney that was supposedly working on our timeshare exits told me during a phone call on March 27, 2025 that TS Compliance has not paid him since the beginning of the year so he quit working (if ever did) on our cancellations. Chuck Ames phone number is now unlisted. Robert said cannot get Chuck to return his calls either. Robert also informed me that he could get my timeshare cancelled for $2500, which is what TS would have paid him. I said, "you have had over a year and not accomplished the task, how can you suddenly take care of it now???? We need a class action suit.

TS Compliance Group TIMESHARE SCAMMERS

Seems this is a repeat of so many that has been ripped off by these scammers. We hired TS Compliance from a flyer we received in the mail for a seminar at a hotel to get rid of our timeshare. We put 6700.00 on our credit card and were told 3 months to 6 months, but could be up to a year. We sent the deed to them immediately and received an initial email. When we called for up dates to Chuck he would ask for the same things over and over even though we had given that to them day one. Since our year guarantee is up now they have ghosted us with no contact or return calls or emails. Now we are in worse shape than before. They told us at the meeting that I would not have to pay maintenance fees. (Thank goodness we still did).Because if we didn't the timeshare would have sent us collections. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! All names involved with us are Jennifer. Chuck Robert and Heather. See if they match up with what you have dealt with. Now none of these will answer and the numbers have changed, or the messages tells you to deal with a Gmail account. WHAT company uses a Gmail account! They want you to do it that day only, and will even tell you they already talked to your timeshare and your timeshare has agreed to this price. So why would it take a year if they had agreed? We are now in the process of trying to get our money back but DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!
GREAT WAY TO TREAT YOUR SENIOR VETERANS.

UPDATE HERE ARE THE NUMBERS WE HAVE FOR THE SCAMMERS:
1. Corp office Phone:252-594-9243 Will not return your call and will not let you get past call center
1001 Bannock Street, Suite 121 Denver, CO 80204
2. Chuck Ames Phone: 252-414-9660 Mail box full will not answer
3. Robert Andrews (is the supposed lawyer) Phone: 954-234-0709 Leave message over 30 calls no return calls from him.
4. Jennifer Matlock Phone: 252-414-9660 Mail box full no answer

No communication

I hired TSCompliance group and provided a check to them to sell my timeshare. I sent the deed to them immediately. I received an initial email. No one has answered my calls and or emails. Now I am in worser shape then before. They told me at the meeting that I would not have to pay maintenance fees. Now if I don’t My timeshare sends me collection fees. They also told me I can’t use my points so I cannot use the timeshare ie tscompliance group. . It is a nightmare. I know all the names Y’all have mentioned Jennifer. Chuck Robert. Sound familiar ? I am a senior citizen and there were many people at the luncheon where we were lectured by Heather who sounded quite convincing of why we should relinquish our time shares

BEWARE OF TSC

My Husband and I hired TSC to cancel our time share on 01/04/2024 with a certificate of a 100% refund if timeshare not cancelled within 12 months. At the free luncheon 90% of the attendees were senior citizens. We were misled by their misleading marketing tactics. Your heirs will never be stuck with your timeshare. All they have to do is file a disclaimer of interest and the timeshare will go back to the resort. Since then I have no communication from them unless I called. Twice I talked to Chuck who had me call a Robert Andrews for an exit date. (I really don't think this person exist). So I contacted Jennifer Matlock (my contact person) after the year was up. Sent her a copy of the guarantee, she forwarded to legal dept. Chuck called and I requested a refund and gave me that number again for Rabert Andrews who never calls back. Sent Chuck an e-mail with no response. Stay Away from the company.

Scam! Run fast!

It has been 14 months since we signed up for our time share cancellation. Lots of communication in the first 48 hours. Zero communication for the next 3 months. I called them after 3 months and was told it was too early for updates. I called again at the 6 month mark and was told the same thing. I couldn't get anyone to actually answer any of the six phone numbers I was given so I started emailing. The responses were the same (It's in the process.) until I started reminding them that the one year guarantee was less than 30 days away. Then they started accusing me of not sending all of the information they had asked for. Luckily I am one of those people who CYAs ad nauseum and was able to provide them with proof that I had sent everything requested within the first 48 hours. About two weeks before the one year anniversary of signing, we were told it would take 60 days. 60 days has come and gone. I have sent emails about three times a week. I have called every single day. We still have no resolution and now I can't get anyone to respond to phone calls or emails. Someone does answer the 252-594-9243 number, but she says she is a call center and that all she can do is pass my message along that no one will call me back. Run as fast as you can!!!!

Have we been Ghosted?

My husband Thomas Mott paid TS Compliance Group $34,000 last August, to free us from two Marriott timeshares. We have not heard from them since December. They have ghosted us and none of the phone numbers appear valid. I want to use the Marriott timeshare if TS Compliance has not gotten us out of the timeshares by the end of August; and returns our money as promised by their representative, J. Campbell. TS Compliance stated correctly that I, Peggy Deichstetter, isn't a client which is true my husband is the client.

UPDATE: This Scam is still alive. I found this company was still doing business. I filed a dispute with the credit card company that we used for the transaction. I got our 34,000 dollars back!!!!
