Product worked for my child, I have used it for him many months and it takes time to work.

Avoid!! So many people have already said this but the packaging didn’t look legit. I bought two bottles of the parasite cleanse and two of the zeolite bottles but when it came, it looked nothing like what was advertised. I felt too weary about the way it looked to give it to my kids. It’s still sitting in my cupboard but I’ll be throwing it out tomorrow. I’m not even going to try and get a refund.

I did a parasite cleanse with fenbendazole, ivermectin and praziquantel. The die off was horrible and I felt like I was dying at work. I took an early lunch and went to grab my bottle of the heavy metal binder from home and within 15 minutes I felt like a brand new person! I’m trying to find more for my next cleanse!

Wrong products shipped to me. No call back, support email address does not work and Ive tried several times and keep getting no delivered error messages. I filled out their contact form on the website and nothing back. The number you call only has an AI bot that says they will call you back but again nothing.

Terrible. They sent the wrong products as many other mentioned and talking to customer service is like talking to a wall. It’s going nowhere

I too like the others had the wrong labeled bottle sent. They ended up being all three of the same bottle and formula and I refuse to take it not knowing if it’s the correct product for my health and safety, but I’m getting the same response every time with instructions on how to take the formula instead of actually addressing the issue.

I ordered the viral gut cleanse and received 3 bottles of kid para cleanse - only to be told they ran out of the original packaging and inside is the correct product. sent pictures to show its definitely the wrong product and they have not responded to a single e-mail since!

I also have a subscription with them for the kids cleanse - 1st bottle I got my daughter was fine. 2nd bottle she was complaining of tummy aches so I stopped it and she was fine after.

They sent the wrong labelled bottles and told me that they’d ran out of labels. I replied to say that I will not consume products that are incorrectly labelled. I’ve requested a refund as they legally need to supply the correct products.

They are a not good at all, the zeotox did nothing for my child, waste of money and then they even made a subscription without my permission and sent another order and took money from my back account, then I emailed them but they did not reply,

If I could give 0 stars I would. Shocking customer service. The products did nothing for my kids. $122 wasted and after trying to claim their 60 day money back guarantee, I was told it would cost me $50-$70 to return. Absolutely avoid at all costs

Terrible company. Delivered the wrong product and then try to put you on a subscription model after I requested a refund for a product I didn’t order. Terrible customer service.

They sent me the wrong product and I contacted customer service, they replied saying they ran out of labels of the one I ordered and used another product for kids label so the bottles would not be out of a label on them. I asked for a refund as I will not used a mislabel item and they said no

SCAM Beware, they have fake reviews on their site

I kept coming across ZARI on social media, so I thought I’d give it a try for my 8-year-old son. Delivery took almost two weeks, which felt extremely long. Once it arrived, I started him on the Zeolite and Paradox cleanse. Within two days, he began experiencing tummy pain, and now we’re five days in and the pain is still there. I’m not sure if this is something expected at the beginning.

I went to their website and filled out the “Contact Us” form, but never heard back. Maybe the tummy pain is just a side effect of the cleanse and nothing to worry about—but this is exactly where ZARI should have responded promptly and explained whether this is normal or not.

As for results, I can’t yet say if this works or if it’s a waste of time and money, since it’s only been about a week. I’ll give it more time and come back with an update.

This seems like it’s sent straight from china. They do not honour their refund policy. Be aware of this seller and don’t waste your money.

I think the website is a scam. You can’t leave a review anywhere on the website or through your orders, nor can I find the 3k plus reviews that they claim are out there on their website. The product comes from China. Took 2 months for half of the order to arrive and honestly, I’m just scared to use it at this point. I gave it to my kids for 3 days but don’t feel good about it. If their website seems like a well done scam, how can I trust what’s in the bottle? Customer service wasn’t great either.

Poor customer service, bought a one time purchase and was instantly signed up for a subscription. I tried to cancel the subscription but was told I had purchased the one time only, they were very unhelpful. Now I don't even want to use the product as it could be falsely advertised.

This company is a scam. I ordered something and never received it. They haven't refunded me and it's 4 months ago. DONT buy from here!!!!!! I will report them to the Police.

My order never arrived, the tracking never changes and they don’t answer when you email them. I’m a bit annoyed at myself for not checking the reviews beforehand but hopefully this can help others not make the same mistake. Avoid at all costs.
