Almost 3 weeks, no product, no reply to inquiries

**Shipping method:
"Free USPS Priority Shipping (2-5 Days)"
**On Dec. 14 I sent an email, asking about this order.
**These were supposed to be Christmas gifts that I needed to ship elsewhere!
**Today is Dec. 19, 2025, and i've had NO REPLY of any sort.
** I know you all are busy, but at least REPLY to inquiries!
** And you are still sending emails soliciting sales. If you cannot fulfill current orders, why solicit more?
** If I don't hear SOMETHING from TT by 1700 EST today, i'll be contacting my credit card company and posting about this on facebook.
** I had carefully investigated tallow products across many stores, and chose yours, but now i regret this.
I should have checked TrustPilot before ordering.
