I purchased 2 Tactistaff walking sticks. There were too heavy so I returned them for a refund. The refund never came. 10 months later I discovered I did not get my money back. I had to call to get a partial refund (they do not refund shipping costs). Please beware. Tacktistaff may be counting on your inattention so they don't have to refund your money. VERY BAD BUSINESS ETHIC!!!
I purchased a tactistaff for $139 CDN. Second time using it, the staff broke into two pieces. The screw-in WALL section is so thin, it broke during a hiking trip up the side of a mountain in northern ontario. Poorly designed thread connections. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR SERIOUS USE.
Tactistaff is promoted as indestructible but bent and cracked after a whack on an old piece of plywood. No refund or replacement offered.
