I can confidently say this is the best electric toothbrush I’ve ever used! It’s incredibly lightweight, comfortable to hold, and the bristles are perfectly soft yet effective. The pressure sensor is fantastic and clearly alerts you when brushing too hard. I’m extremely happy with SURI and highly recommend it!

Fantastic customer service, such a rarity nowadays. Toothbrush stopped working after over a year of daily use and was sent a brand new, upgraded replacement in record time. The replacement toothbrush also no longer fitted the travel case I had, so they sent me a new one of those too — no charge and all done incredibly quickly. Glad to have been able to send back the old products too so they can be recycled. Customer for life!

I've been an Oral-B iO9 user for years, and whenever it suddenly stopped charging, I simply replaced it. I kept spending huge amounts on a toothbrush with features I barely used because I assumed it was the best out there.

I absolutely love my toothbrush. It's my first electric toothbrush because it's the first sustainable electric toothbrush I found. It's stylish, very good quality and results, easy to charge and the charge lasts for ages.

Its fine. I feel a bit silly for buying into the hype tbh. It doesn't clean nearly as well my old electric toothbrush, which, thankfully I kept. Brushing for the same time with the same toothpaste has been leaving some rough patches in the morning, which my old one didn't. Look it's not a bad product and does seem to cut down on plastic waste which is good, but the power behind the brush is not as strong. Maybe if they offered harder bristles on heads as an option that might help, but as I said, its fine.

Like the colour, you can re-cycle used brushes heads.

Quick delivery and lots of extras included. So far I’m enjoying using my new toothbrush and it seems to clean my teeth really well.

Love the weight of the brush. Teeth and gums feel really clean. Also happy that you can get replacement brushes.

Very nice design and I like the handy wall mount.
The replacement brush heads arrive promptly but at £10 + for 2 a bit expensive.
The charger sometimes doesn't connect properly. Battery life poor, only holds its charge for 3 or 4 days before it needs charging again.
Gives a good clean though.

The toothbrush is ultra reliable , already lasted longer than any of my previous well known name devices . The HW just works and the replacement head logistics are faultless. In two words “it works”.

Teeth feel so clean after use and battery life is great!

Made a real difference to the hygiene of my teeth. Much cleaner system than the old fashioned electric brush. Reassuring that it is designed with the environment as well as dental health in mind.
