Astonishingly a random advert of Instagram & Facebook was actually real, not a scam & works. It's worth every penny in my opinion.

Dodgy business. Avoid at all costs! These guys are scammers.

I placed an order for their products after being lured by their advertisements. Within minutes, I looked for reviews and I found that people are saying they used fake reviews and post other unrelated people's pictures without consent.

I sent an email to their customer service within 15 minutes of placing my order to cancel but they said my order has already been processed and they could not be cancelled. Their return policy clearly states "You may cancel your order within two hours of purchase by contacting our customer service team".

They just ignored my emails after I quoted their policy. If they cannot even honor their own policies, I definitely wouldn't trust their products.

I will dispute their charge with my bank and report this dodgy business to FTC and BBB.

Be careful.

My wife ordered from this company in July and never received her order. 2 months have gone by now and still nothing. Not to mention the tracking hasn't updated since August 8th. This company is not trust worthy so I'm not sure how they even have any good reviews although I have a pretty good idea as to how they made that happen.

Great product, arrived when they said it woild, and helped my daughters skin hugely.

I was skeptical with the product since I’ve taken my daughter to several dermatologists with little difference made.
My daughter is using 2x daily (a little goes a long way) and after a month her arms are 90ish% clear. I don’t and didn’t expect miracles, I didn’t know what to expect BUT this has worked so well for her.
Even during summer months she would wear long sleeves to cover her arms due to embarrassment. She no longer has to do that. This genuinely has worked for her and I will forever be a customer because of the outcome.

My daughter had really bad skin before using this product really bumpy . I tried everything but nothing else had worked, this is brilliant , easy to apply and her skin is so soft and smooth since using it .

Smells terrible. Like garlic and onions.

After trying so many products that just didn’t work for me, I’m genuinely glad I gave this skin resurfacing cream a chance,it’s made a real difference in smoothing out my skin. I purchased this produce a week ago and the customer service has been appalling. When I ordered it stated in my order i would received a free drybrush. When the packaged arrived without the brush I sent an enquiry to whether is was missed or still coming. there response was the following; 'We’ve checked your order and it appears that the free brush was not included, as it wasn't manually added during checkout. To receive the free brush, it must be added to your cart before completing the purchase.

We apologize for the confusion and understand how this might have been missed. We’ll make sure to clarify the process further to help avoid this in the future.'

I sent a response asking if they could send it anyway as the order clearly stated 'dry brush included' to which they said they could not but will make the customer experience clearer for their future customers.

So disappointing and definitely makes me unlikely to recommend or repurchase from them even if the product works.

Have used this cream for KP for few weeks now, haven't seen big results maybe very slight, but I do know that it can take a few months to start to see an effect. Will be getting more and using consistently like the instructions say and hopefully get a good outcome.

Terrible, terrible, terrible customer service. They stopped responding to my messages after stating that my package “had been delivered”. Their phone number is disconnected, and there is no way of reaching them. I had to file a dispute with my cc company. DO NOT shop from them.

Edit: your response makes no sense. I am not disputing size or product, and I ordered from YOUR page. Product was never delivered and your customer service stopped responding. That is the reason why you are a scam.

I had high hopes for this product having suffered with KP my whole life, and despite it being a lovely easy cream to apply it has had absolutely no effect on my skin. I’ve been using daily for over two weeks now so would have expected a slight change at least.

I’ve emailed to I for the company of this and requested the money back guarantee, however have so far received no response. Perhaps be wary of purchasing, I’m now reading some of the bad reviews and it seems unlikely that they will grant such a guarantee.
