I ordered this and 2 months later still nothing, they kept saying it was sent back due to incomplete shipping details then said it was delivered, which it never was. I was offered a refund, then was told it had been shipped again.. this company and website is a complete scam.
I have also reported them to the consumer watchdog and requested their website be disabled … would suggest you do the same

This company is a scam avoid like the plague !!! I ordered on an offer I NEVER subscribed then today they took £29.99 out of my account without my permission ( this is theft ) I’ve tried countless times to contact them and have demanded a refund no replies!!!!! Surprise, I am contacting them and have bank and then the fraud team and then whoever I can to get them banned I want my money back TODAY

I bought these drops and have used them faithfully for over a month with no color change. That aside, these are scammers. They will sign you up for a subscription without your permission.

There was no hint of this when I placed my order. I wasn’t aware until I was charged for the second month. I immediately went to cancel it and get my money back, but the button they send you to cancel DOES NOT WORK. The phone number on the charge on my bank account does not work. When I emailed their customer support line, they basically told me that I didn’t really want to cancel my subscription and there were other options. I assured them that I did. Then I heard NOTHING from them after that.

I had to call my bank and report the fraudulent signup for the subscription. I got my money back that way, but it was a giant hassle. Be careful out there, y’all! Stay FAR away from these guys unless you like useless products and continuing unauthorized charges to your bank account.

The drops did not work. I did not realise it was a subscription. As soon as the second payment went out I emailed to cancel. They acknowledged it and 3 weeks later charged me again. I told them I had canceled and they said I had signed up to a subscription and hadn't canceled even though I had forwarded the email. However in the first reply they did not give me any other way to cancel. In the second email they gave me a link. Obviously they already knew they were going to charge me again which is why they didn't give me the correct process in the initial email.
The drops do not work. Took them daily for 2months, still pale as a ghost. Will make sure my credit card company never pays them again. DO NOT buy from this company they will continue to take your money even after you cancel.

They say "use the button in the email to unsubscribe" BUT THE BUTTON DOES NOT WORK AND REPEATED EMAILS RESOLVE NOTHING!! I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR $140 FOR GARBAGE PRODUCT THAT DOES NOT WORK!!!!! 2 Months in and ZERO COLOR CHANGE, so I reported fraud to my bank and I will post allllllll over the internet to warn people not to use this bogus product AND SCAMMER THIEVING COMPANY!!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

Brought me out bad acne not normal acne was boils never had this in my life and skin greasy

I am 20 days in and still waiting for my product. What takes this long to ship in this modern era of transatlantic and world trade. I have paused my subscription and advised my bank to not pay any further subscriptions to this company. I have asked for my money back and they just keep telling me g me the product has been shipped. This is a scam do not buy these drops. I have written to them to cancel my subscription. Very unhelpful to Bly ever get email responses. Still no money back and no product.

As of today, about 2 months in of consistently putting 2 drops into my morning coffee - they say to take them at the same time every day - I’m already getting compliments daily on my glow. I feel more tan, have a healthy glow, it’s even, and doesn’t seem to be affecting my body while taking other supplements. The ONLY thing I wish is that they weren’t only watermelon flavored. Doesn’t exactly jive with my coffee. I did have to cancel my subscription as I felt 6 bottles was enough and it’s nearly impossible to go through that much in the time they sent the second shipment. I had no problems canceling at all.

I’ve been using the drops now 3 weeks, and I can honestly say waste of time and money.. there is no difference in my skin tone, I’m still exactly the same..
I’m taking the drops twice a day as advised in my water and zero difference.. so disappointing as I had high hopes.. keep your money !!

I tried the tanning drops and after a week they started to make me feel sick so I stopped using them. However when I bought them, I thought it was just try and not sign up for a subscription. When I saw money come out my account and they sent me an email to confirm "my next order" I have been trying everything to contact them. No one is getting back to me and it will probably get to a point where they will be delivered and wont give me a refund "because they have been delivered" I'm planning on refusing delivery when it turns up, but there is no guarantee the driver wont just knock, drop the package and go before I get the chance to talk to them. This is completely unfair when I have contacted the company as soon as I saw the payment and email come through. I've been trying to cancel the subscription but coincidentally the button doesnt work. They have no phone line and the email says they will get back within 7 days. Absolute joke and I would warn anyone thinking of getting it DO NOT DO IT

I would have gave them Zero but it doesn’t let me. First order took a while and constantly checking it was actually coming. Taste I find awful so didn’t want any more. Got confirmation notification to say 2 drops and 2 cream were on the way. I emailed to say I can’t use creams that’s why I ordered drops. They offered me a free cream! Honestly I then said I’d send them back k when they arrived. Tried to say they came 14/7 I emailed back to say I gave cctv and had no delivery. It’s now 17th still no delivery. Tonight I got. £10 refund hope it’s for all the time I’ve spent trying to sort. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and up to now I’ve had NO acknowledgement. My original payment was £52
I’ve said I’ll return them all when they arrive and expect the correct order of 4 the glow you drink.

Misleading setup! Without my knowledge, I was subscribed, and the customer service was absolutely dreadful—rude and unhelpful. I've removed my payment details and will report this to my credit card if they do not confirm my subscription is cancelled and get refunded through them. I would strongly advise against using this company. It feels like a scam, designed to trap customers into subscriptions purely for profit, hoping to get away with it. Avoid at all costs!

After buying i've seen a lot of bad reviews about money being taken out of their accounts after buying from sorelle, should have looked at the reviews before because now the same thing is happening to me.
