When there was an issue with the return address they were quick to respond that I can keep the product when UPS office returns it. Issue Resolved
Had an issue with an order I did not place where the Rovina computer read as me being a subscriber. A month after purchasing the product to try out I received a notice saying that I was charged the next month’s supply. Since I don’t recall signing up for a subscription I immediately contract Rovina and their customer service rep Anthony responded to my situation. After a few emails were exchanged explaining the situation Anthony was able to go through his channels and resolve the situation and refund my money. They automatically put me down as a subscribe to their product. When I did not give them no such permission. And I did not subscribe to their product. If they cannot conduct their business no better than this maybe they should be investigated. I want a refund and I want this last order canceled immediately. But they have not got back in touch with me. I did not know they had a bad reputation for automatically subscribing their clients to a automatic subscribe. Or I would have never messed with them. Because I don't like companies that are dishonest. And force their product up on others. Do not subscribe to this company for any kind of product.
