This is a great company with great customer service. They dont ask they just do whatever to satisfy the customer. Kat helped me out today, I requested a refund after I believe the product was already sent out. She still went ahead and gave me a discounted refund. If you email them they respond promptly. The product I have a subscription for is Astaxanthin and its amazing for my overall health and my skin is getting so firm and glowy.

We were scammed into a subscription after making a one time purchase. We have sent numerous emails trying to get the subscription cancelled but we continue to be charged. We tried submitting a claim to our credit card company to stop the automatic payments and they even sent us a new card. But because of the digital footprint, Rovina continues to charge us. Now it seems their online site is closed.

My purchase was for what I thought was a "One-Off" purchase, NOT an ongoing subscription. I have been billed for a second batch, which I have yet to receive in-spite notifying them not to send further and for them to remove the pending charge, which was ignored.
I have come to the conclusion that this is just a scam to steal, and, if you have to steal to sell a product well "god knows" what is in the actual product, after all it is a "RED" pill, and not to be trusted.
I believe the only way to keep them out of my account is to cancel and renew my credit card details and I would Advice anyone with same problem to do the same.
FURTHER TO THE ABOVE:
I am pleased to say that I have been refunded AU$67 as @ 9/6/26, and hope for no further mis-understandings.

Miya is worth her weight in gold. The Customer service I received with her was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in that arena. To begin with, she answered the first email that I sent immediately. She also knew that I was not happy because I made that very clear. But she stayed pleasant, patient, and after multiple conversations with me, she completely solved my problems and resolved all my issues without me ever feeling that she wasn’t trying her best to make me happy. I loved this product, I didn’t realize I signed up for a subscription to receive it, but Angelia was very understanding and helpful in getting this resolved. I didn’t realize Rovina was a dietary supplement until at first, but it definitely is! Curbed my appetite and added other benefits as well.

Well to begin, there was an issue with my order.. Not caused by Anyone in particular… However, Whats impressive is the way in which I was treated! Listen anyone dealing with any particular company at any time can run into an issue it happens.. but it’s how they deal with it on a customer service level that’s important.. my saving grace was Angelie! I don’t know why her parents added the i.e. on the end of Angel? I would’ve left it short and sweet… my issue was taken care of with knowledge and integrity… a combination that can be difficult to find these days. Well I found it. Thanks for the professional help.
