What is great is that the company…co-founder take time to write to you

What is great is that the company co-founder wrote to me personally which made feel important never had that experience before and I've ordered hundreds of times from different companies.

Worst customer service department and…

Worst customer service department and website. They added in the recurring subscription and the extra charge for fed ex shipping which I specifically declined. There is no phone number to speak to anyone. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT
