So far the service is terrible! I bought 3 to get 3 free with free shipping! First of all it’s not very honest to already fill in the expedited shipping box! Do not order from this company. First of all the capsules don’t work with my blood pressure, they did not tell me I had to pay for mailing the supplements back, which was $16, last, but not least they automatically shipped me another box which I did not authorize. So basically, I had to pay them to try their product which does not work. I cannot recommend them do not purchase from this company.

I was a little disappointed that I had never heard of the delivery service Rosabella used (Cirro) and I got a notice of Out For Deliverly on April 26, and then again on the 27th and it not delivered until around 10:00 pm on the 27th. I didn’t receive any notice of delay about the delivery and I was locking up for the night when I turned on the porch light and saw the small white package on the edge of the steps, not at the door, nor did they ring our doorbell. I had been checking the tracking just 15 minutes before and it still didn’t indicate delivery.
I had no problem with Rosabella agents, they all were very gracious offering their help, plus very professional. The one that sticks out in my mind the most was Airis!!
