The best thing about this program which I’m just starting, but should have started a while ago is the great personal connection you get from the customer service agent. I had the pleasure of having Levi Castillo as my agent. He was very thorough and patient with me, but he explained it so while and very easy to follow that I felt like my future was in great hands, so I pushed forward and I’m very excited to get to graduation day. Thanks again Levi and thanks again Pennie for hiring very polite and patient agents in our time of stress and finance worries.
