This is a scam... Brought pants for 20 dollars and was charged 50.. Now I see they are taking 5 dollars again... My bank had cancelled my card... Thank goodness.. Do not buy of this site
This company unknowingly started charging us for a subscription even though we’ve never shopped with them. Clear fraud.
Don’t shop from here
I bought an item for £6.99 and then I got a text from my bank asking if I recognised a £24 payment which I checked and they had taken out of my account without my knowledge or permission. Avoid at all costs.
Scammed. Bought something for £6.99 and they set up subscription for £25. Bank blocked them
Fraud scam. They advertised on Facebook appearing to be Lidl for a £3 kettle giveaway. As money taken from account as a company acting as lighthomey.com simultaneously withdrew a similar amount from tryoutdeals.com - lighthomey sent me a login to their website where I discovered they’d signed me up for a £29.99 per month subscription (didn’t specify what for ) but gave me the option to cancel so I did. Went to tryoutdeals.com and same login details worked- and same £29.99 subscription was there too - which I also cancelled. Both companies on their websites are registered to the same company in Cyprus. Both had UK telephone numbers. Complete scam. I have reported to Action Fraud who have all the details. NatWest were useless said they couldn’t handle it as a scam as at the time both payments were pending. Card cancelled.
I also thought I was buying a £3 gift for my niece that has never come and now you’ve taken a second £24.99 out of my bank. I have tried to unscribe something I never subscribed for ..
Now been in touch with tryout deals and have been told .. Based on our trials I’d signed up for a 3 day trial for £3 giving me exclusive access to discounted electrinivpc devices on their website
Because the trial was not cancelled the subsequent biweekly charges incurred.since I agreed with there terms and conditions they consider this as valid and non- refundable they go on to say that my membership has now been cancelled and I can be sure no more no more payments will be taken out going forward.
Very difficult to cancel something you didn’t know you’d signed up for so I have just lost £53. Shocking
Bought a item at £3 and been alerted by my bank that I've a subscription of £24.99 to be paid monthly. Thankfully, I was able to put a block with this company. If it's too good to be true, it is
SCAM!!! I thought I was buying a slide from a different website but they actually signed me up for a subscription from this website who have taken money out of my account without my knowledge or permission. Avoid!
Why are you taking 3£ out of my account when I told you to cancel it I did not give you permission to take money out of my bank
scammers!!! this is what they say while you think you're buying a product:
We are an online membership platform where you can get exclusive access to our discounted electronic devices on our website.
We sent a welcome email on the same day of your registration that contains your user information. For you to access your account and enjoy shopping.
Absolute scam artists. Fraudulent. Have stolen a monthly subscription I never signed up to. Avoid at all costs
