Be very wary about ordering from this…

Be very wary about ordering from this company. I bought one pen, and after using for a couple of weeks (without much effect) I got an email offering me a discount on a repeat order. I glanced at this email then closed it. Within minutes, I got a message thanking me for my new order of six more pens! Checked my bank account and they'd already taken the money from me. I emailed immediately to cancel the order and they said it was too late, as the order had already been despatched.

In short, absolute scam! I contacted my bank and reported Orivelle for fraudulent transactions.

Don’t touch this company with a barge…

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. You think you have placed an order then it tries to get you to buy more and there is no summary page to see extra items are in your basket. No confirmation email sent. Now trying to get my money back but they can’t find my order despite taking £77 from my account and after 3 weeks and giving them all but my inside leg measurement I still have no refund or product

Easy to use product but frustrating order process

Easy to use product, small improvement in nails. Huge problems ordering and ended up with extra items, contacted customer services told unable to change order even though I placed it online 20 minutes before! Told to wait and send what I didn’t want back. By time I picked up the package I couldn’t be bothered with dealing with them again, the site is definitely not user friendly!

Absolute scam no apparent result after…

Absolute scam no apparent result after six weeks use, then had another six pen shipment arrive which l didn’t order. Trying to get a refund is a laborious task, wanted me to return package to USA ( expensive) when it came from Cannock in the Midlands????. Told my bank to block any further attempts at payments

Scammers

Scammers
I started using Orivelle since 22nd October 2025 to May 2026 and have not had any improvement in finger nails or toe nails. I kept using it as it takes 6 months for finger nails to grow out and 9 months for toe nails to grow out. I kept nails filed short and filed down the top of the nails also. I used 3 times a day. Ive now stopped using Orivelle as I can see I'm not getting any improvement to nails. Total SCAM. Waste of time and money.

The price was great

The price was great, and so was the addition of bonus product. Shipping was on time. I wish there was a paper that gave application directions but otherwise great service!

Buyer beware of this website

I ended up ordering product that I didn’t
want as the website is geared to adding extra products in my opinion. I thought I would be able to cancel when I got to summary page but because I had ordered before my previous payment details seemed to have been saved and payment for the order went through automatically. I contacted the customer care to cancel the extra 6 pens within 30 minutes. I received a reply telling me nothing could be done as order was being processed but not to worry easy to return. Guess what not easy to return as they will only let you return to the USA by courier when they have a hub in Ireland that they shipped my original order from. I ended up dealing with unhelpful individual in Orvielle’s customer service and 14 emails later no resolution. They wouldn’t even allow me to ship the return to their hub in Germany. So be very careful ordering from this company as I know I won’t especially as I have enough product to last me for life as very expensive to return!!!

I ordered their product advertised at certain price but charged much more

I ordered their product with advertised discount price of $9.99. To my shock the invoice was sent as $60 US.
I immediately tried to cancel order and was told it could not be done as already shipped! Ten minutes after I ordered.
I am angry with myself for falling into this scam.
Do not order from this company! Scammers! They should be ashamed!

I have received multiple emails saying the same thing from this company. Their reply sounds so helpful yet they are not. As mentioned in review they denied my request to cancel immediately after I ordered. They have no intention to help but rather take advantage of customer.
After I wrote and called multiple times - I just kept getting identical response emails.
DO NOT ORDER from this company!!

There was no email and every email I have gotten has been a form email which is a repeat email each time. The email suggests they want to help but in no way do they.
Their replies on here are a joke- trying to show that they are a customer caring company. THEY ARE NOT!
I have never received such terrible customer service.. If and when the product arrives I don’t want to use it! The company is not an honest business. As mentioned previously….BEWARE!

Scam

Scam. It makes you think that the first payment hasn't gone through and then offers you another cheaper deal. When you click on the new deal you are charged again. Was invited to another deal making out that I needed this for free delivery. Fortunately, I didn't click this otherwise it would have charged more. Spent £35 originally and another £45 taken! No email confirmation for either or it's delayed to make you think that it hasn't been ordered/charged yet!

Non-existent service from Orivelle

I purchased 4 Orivelle pens and an additional 3 in a special offer. After two weeks I was sent a photo of the pacel placed on the general post office boxes of my building that has direct access from a public road and I immediately went over to collect it. The parcel was nowhere to be found so I contacted the company via e-mail a number of times but did not receive a reply. I again recently contacted them again and received a reply that there was nothing they could do because more than 30 days had passed. I mentioned that I had notified them on numerous occasions during the 30 days and received no response from them. They said there was nothing they could do.
This company is bordering on scam and I stongly recommend that others don't make the same mistake in buying from this company
