I have been scammed as well im still waiting for pay pal to cancel but they are good in playing you im going to avoid everything i see on google from now on I can’t take it anymore is like im working for the scammer only

Their system robs you before even…

Their system robs you before even confirming the order or cancelling.

I emailed to cancel my order and email bounced.
Now they are telling me I have an order on way and cannot be cancelled.
An order I never confirmed or accepted.

Very bad delivery system.

I ordered one package, the billed me for two and did send two. Within 24 hours I canceled the order but they denied this. Delevery failed. After two attempts the did send me a pickup place 110 km from my house.
I asked to try and deliver again or leave the package on a pickup place in my town. Denied!

Tried to cancel an order within minutes…

Tried to cancel an order within minutes of it being placed. Initially they asked for my order number when I included it in my initial request. They went back and forth for 18hours procrastinating and then said it was too late to cancel and order had been dispatched!

They could've put that order on hold on the very first response, but didn't. Not impressed.

The pricing displayed to me was not the pricing I was charged (nearly £80 for 9 tubes!) - so I was not prepared to accept these terms.

They are now telling me I have to go through their Return process to get a refund.

I do not trust this company and will never use again - avoid like the plague!!

Thieves

Thieves. Pure and Simple.

Placed an initial order to treat my partner's toenail, nothing on the order suggested it was a subscription, I'm not a technophobe and know what I'm doing ordering online, however, the following month another £32.99 was taken from my account.

I contacted their 'customer care' team and after a lot of back and forth over several days given the time difference I was eventually assured that despite not being able to cancel the existing order, my subscription had been cancelled and I would not be charged any further.

Fast forward to today and another £32.99 has been stolen from my account. I've contacted them with screenshot of the confirmation from last month that my subscription was cancelled and await a response.

There is no way of cancelling this online and they lied about ending the subscription. So I've now lost nearly £100 on a product that doesn't even work and is little more than repackaged tea tree oil.

Absolute cowboy operation, avoid like the plague!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam. I went through the process of ordering the 3 pens for £8.99 and 3 pens for free. Put my details in but didn't press confirm purchase. I closed the website down because I read the bad reviews and found out they took nearly £60 out of my bank so not getting 3 free anyway like advertised. False publicity and taking money without my authorisation.
