I ordered a train set mid June 2026 with free shipping and a mystery gift. I have received nothing expect a shipment tracking email that has no shipment information apart from the order date. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. Despite emails asking for information regarding my emails I have received no communication.
Ordered a train set for my grandson on 20th June (with free 2nd set!). All I have received is the cheap mystery gift. I emailed them and received a response about the returns policy. I haven't received anything to return! Despite sending subsequent emails, there has been no response.

I ordered a 84 piece car track and it was buy one get one free with a free product as a gift. I received a tiny jigsaw like track with some tiny plastic cars (I dare not let the little boy play with them) I have not received the product ordered and it has been weeks and weeks. I tried to email the company to no avail it wouldn't send.......I am at a loss what to do and think it was another Facebook stealing scam!!!!! Stay away........
