I was amazed to hear from somebody so quickly. I'm hoping that this really works for my dog as he's on a hydrolitized protein diet. I would like to eliminate that if possible, so thank you very much ❤️

So I just ordered this product for my pet. I am looking forward to seeing the results of his itching going away. But what has made this experience really different is that the product owner got in touch with me to make sure I get my product. So the customer service is really nice!

My experience with Nature’s Paw has been great so far! Kim reached out personally after I placed my order, confirmed my shipping details, and took the time to ask about my dog’s scratching, paw licking, and ear issues. She was friendly, responsive, and helpful with my questions about the product and how long each bottle lasts. I really appreciated the personal attention! I haven’t received or tried the collagen yet, so this review is for the customer service so far. Fingers crossed for good results for my pup!

Philippa reached out to me right after I ordered with a confirmation on my address and asking what I look forward to seeing first. My pup (9yrs) has been dealing with aggressive itching, constant ear infections, hot spots, etc for years. I've found nothing that helps long term without having to raise the amount given to her. Along with so many things having chicken and/or beef as one of the ingredients ends up making her symptoms worth as she is allergic to most meats and animal byproducts. I'm hoping this will help her. Philippa was kind and very helpful with information about how the product can help and how long it will take to see relief for my girl.

I hadn't heard about my order for a week, so emailed asking for an update, fairly quickly got a response from jess, she traced my order and said that royal mail had tried to deliver on Halloween unsuccessfully and if I had any trouble getting it from them to get in touch with her straight away, they hadn't left a ticket so I waited and it was delivered on Monday, jess was very helpful, thanks

But the seller has reached out to clarify address and ask about symptoms and how long they have been occurring, which to me is promising.

I’ve had my german shephard on this product for one month . I just ordered my second bottle because I am seeing improvement with her licking , scratching and her coat .

This product worked very well for my big old (17) dog. His skin has healed completely. I didnt realize that I signed up for a recurring shipment, however. I have canceled further shipments. My dog is doing great.

Customer service is great. I was asked to verify my address to make sure no apt.# was needed, etc. before my purchase is shipped out. Also was asked a few follow-up questions and even got a discount code to use for the next time!! Fingers are crossed this product will work!!!

First of all, Jess actually replied to an email I had sent & a concern of mine. That meant a great deal to me. She was not just an employee, she made me feel that she was there for me. I'll be back & hope to 'talk' to her again.
