A fool and his money
Sydneyambrose is the Company
After purchasing a pair of boots online I subsequently discovered the following.
1. This company portrays on it's website it is in Australia. It's not!
Looking at the company at the top of the page "Trymilcopenhagen" on Trustpilot it's Danish (or is it? i'd guess chineseium).
2. It uses the Australia Post logo. It doesn't use Australia Post (Yun express???).
3. Site states Posted the same day. It isn't. Over two weeks later after multiple enquiries. I'm in the 3rd week and we'll see it it turns up today.
Received - #xtremely poor quality, glued poorly, creased, sole is dangerous and they don't fit. Absolute rubbish.
4. Has a static picture of Trustpilot at 4.7/5. However on research it is around 2.
5. Refunds and return post free stated on the introduction page.
We'll see about that shortly. When you find there small print policy it excludes anything that's on sale. Which is everything. IT makes the purchaser responsible for all charges and has major delays if any refund is determined.
Lastly all emails back from this company Sydney ambrose are scripted at best, AI generated at worst.
Signed by good old ozy names like Emily, Andrew etc
Their apology letters are first class but when you receive 2-3 the same with a different name, well you get the jist.
Personally this one looks the goods but please give it a miss.

Awful product don’t buy
Really poor quality product very cheap looking. The cord around waist looks really cheap and tacky.
Material very thin.
Horrible brown square on side no logo just looks rubbish.
Delivery time 3 weeks it comes from Hong Kong, I thought it might be a UK company.
Where do I get my refund.!
