Definitely a scam. Ordered july 28th today is aug 21. I emailed them 2 times no response. On shop.com item is still processing. One time when i checked the website it said the item would be shipped in 3 weeks. Now there's no item info just a picture... it's a shame!!!!!
They did the exact same thing to be, they are posting all this stuff on Tic Toc….ig and everywhere else but won’t reply to customer support emails about the products I’ve ordered. SHOP.com process hasn’t changed once and it has been over a month. You can’t run a business and not reply to business emails about people’s orders. No replies to emails, IG messages or anything else. Tons of money running ads but no time explaining to people where there orders are. SCAM like if you ask me.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Bought product June 2nd it’s now July 17th, and it’s still in “preparing for shipment.” Sent three emails, and no response. They took my money and won’t ship product.
