I just wanted to say thank you. I have only used it for 2 days and I feel lighter already… my nurse loves it and said she is not going back…
I feel I am becoming a better dentist with KIROKU …I have played with intergrating my own templates mostly for clear aligners, but KIROKU templates are much more detailed and guide you through everything. The periodontal reassessment for example I used a few times and I was impressed.
I haven’t used the voice option yet but I am sure it will be great.
I am truly grateful as the notes and referrals are a very important stressor in my life and I end up staying late to finish them.

As a new dental hygiene student, I have found KIROKU to be an incredibly helpful and user-friendly tool. Adaptive note taking that covers all the basics and is entirely modifiable to suit your style and discussions. Saves so much time and allowed the personalisations to record discussions and anything thats said and done at every point in the template.

I’m very pleased with Kiroku as it eases up my work related to writing notes.
Definitely I economise time by using this great software and I get to enjoy this task, that otherwise would be quite strenuous.

I feel using kiroku has helped me doing my notes more efficiently and accurately, specially when I’m running short of time it is very fast and saves me a lot of time and effort so that I don’t have to stay back later in the day to do my notes.

At first glance the Kiroku system appeared complex but I all honesty it is very easy to pick up and even easier to use. There are multiple templates to use or edit to customise to your own parameters. You can even design your own template from scratch. Woulds highly recommend.

As a dentist, charting is always the least favorite part of my day. I have spent some time exploring four or five different AI transcription services. They were all somewhat helpful, but ultimately I could never customize them to follow my templates. Kiroku is extremely intuitive and easy to use and set up. Support is extremely helpful. They will input your templates for you and anyone with a little "no code" experience can drag and drop their templates just fine. Now please implement AI transcription summaries of interactions so I can cancel my other subscriptions! :)

I have been using Kiroku for a year now. Kiroku has taken away the stress of writing notes and also saves me an hour a day after work!
It is so intuitive and easy to use that my nurses enjoy filling in the information for me while I do my consults in a constucted way based on the templates.
Excited now to be using Kiroku Docs for my treatment letters to save even more of my time while still having good records and communication.

I stupidly procrastinated buying kiroku for a while because I only work part time but ESPECIALLY if you work full time, this will save you sooo much time.

Just get it and stop wasting your own time.

I gave Kiroku Vet 5-stars because (a) the software is user friendly; (b) it helps me spend less time with a computer and more time with animals, and (c) the customer service is excellent.

I have found kiroku so useful with ready templates which you can apply immediately in your practice. Very well written and descriptive for everyday use . Can can be modified as per your use. Love it

Good, especially for beginners.

Kiroku is an invaluable tool that I have been using every day for several months. It has improved the speed and quality of my clinical record-keeping, and ensures that I don't miss anything out. Our dental nurses also love Kiroku as it makes their job easier as there is less typing to be done during each appointment. The Kiroku Team are also very helpful.
