DO NOT BUY!
If I could rate them any lower I would. First, the old bait and switch. I clicked a link for one product and got Kapsulelabs. Not to be confused with Kapsule. THEN, I PURPOSELY chose one container and did NOT check the subscription link. My cats WILL NOT TOUCH these supposed cat treats. Not even my cat who will eat almost anything would eat it. Well, yesterday, I received an email stating my order had processed. I attempted a live chat. Didn’t work. I had to send an email. I have now asked them to cancel the subscription (apparently too late to cancel the order) THREE TIMES. Each time they offer to skip the order or lengthen the frequency between orders. I want it canceled. I am not buying something I can’t use because my cats refuse them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
