Jumpstart Filings Inc. Reviews

I have to say I was a bit nervous after I read some of the 1-star reviews. However, Jumpstartfilings has completely lived up to everything that was promised. I got an LLC with supporting documents, an EIN number, and a US bank account. Everything was handed over within the estimated 6-8 weeks. John and Cherry have been absolutely lovely and they have always had quick response times even after placing my order. I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much Jumpstartfilings! You have made my dream of starting a company in the US come true. You deserve 5 stars for your service :)

Excellent customer service! There’s always someone available to assist you when needed.

Excellent customer service from the start of the process through to completion.

I used Jumpstart Filings to form LLC in Delaware. I am on the Pro-Plan so instant chat service is always available. It's very easy to contact them whenever I need. John, one of the support staffs, was extremely professional. He is easy to talk to, friendly and very supportive and answered all of my concerns and queries. I would recommend jumpstart to enterpreneurs and startups looking to form a business in the US. You can "jumpstart" right away to start building your dream company.

When I first saw the ad, I was a bit skeptical but I decided to do my research. After much consideration, I took the leap and I’m happy that I did. I love how easy it was to apply. I sent in my information late one night and by the time I woke the next morning and checked my dashboard, my company was already filed! Love their effective communication whenever additional information was needed and the overall process took about 4 weeks. I would recommend their service to anyone!

A truly great experience, I was guided through the entire process from day one. Cherry Amazing, she answered all my questions promptly & kept me updated as things progressed. I now have a registered US company & bank account which will help benefit my business greatly. Thank you Jumpstart & thank you, Cherry.

Jumpstart did a great job for our TRIPVILL WORLBIZ. Everything related to company formation and activation has been done with great speed. Most attractive is the quick response to every mail stating different inconvenience. Starting from the company formation to making bank account, in each and every step, Jumpstart has shown it's extreme professional attitude. TWB is with Jumpstart and will remain.

Cherry is an absolute dream - so kind, so supportive and so quick to explain and help in any way she can. The progress was incredibly smooth and highly removed.

They opened my account with a SCAM pseudo bank, that freezes your money out of the blue, has no phone, no physical address, no history on google and is a company from the same founders backed by YC combinator…

I used jumpstart filings to set up my LLC, these guys even registered the company with the IRS at another person’s name and didn’t refund me or fix the problem, ever…

Jumpstart filings is colluded with Novel Bank in stealing its client’s money.

Mainly from Asia who they know they can’t file a formal complaint or suit here in the US

IM REACHING OUT TO YC COMBINATOR and the other venture capta that funded these projects of the same two founders who are brothers actually …

In my case it was only 4,000 usd but I’ve seen a lot of other cases up to the hundreds of thousands

JUMPSTART FILINGS just set you up with them, then you start depositing money and all of the sudden you are OUT, no answers to your emails, no phone calls, no anything and they steal your money and ghost your forever

Jumpstart filings denies any ties with novel bank, even though in YC COMBINATOR they are foundes by the same two guys, do your homework

STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS don’t do business, nothing that has the labels of these founders Can be trusted

Very easy and hands off process, no issues and the company was open in a day or so. Full support all the way through, an all round excellent service.

This is a scammer, I need to register LLC, but they don't send any physical document for me to verify my business for facebook business verification and stripe payment verification as they confirm to help with. Please stayaway

The formation of my company went smoothly. After the first year the $249 annual payment went automatically from Paypal to Jumpstart filings for them to be my registered agent. After around 1 year I was expecting to receive some mail so I contacted them to ask why I didn't receive anything. They told me 'your company is administratively dissolved due to non-payment and your Registered Agent inactive.' They went on to say in a later message'...since it was not paid via Stripe, we assume that it has not been paid, UNLESS, the customer informs that it was paid via PayPal.' In other words, I needed to let them know that the automatic payment they took from Paypal went to them...Ridiculous. They say that I didn't receive any mail in more than a year which I don't believe. They can't prove that they even acted as my registered despite me paying $249 for this.
Given that they did not give me the annual registered agent service it seems reasonable that they give me a refund for this however they will not do so.

I've now switched to another company which offer the registered agent service for $49 / year. So far so good.

I opened an llc. It’s been 3 years and still they haven’t opened bank account. It’s still pending

Thank you for your professional services
I do appreciate it

The Communication was great and the speed of delivery too.
John is an amazing personality, I must say.

The 4 star is given because there is always room for improvement.
Overall, the team and the service is top notch.

I just give 5 stars for jumpstart co for their work. I don’t want to write more because this site deleted my review 2 times already. I give 0 star for trustpilot

This was a very pleasant and seamless experience. The process was as straightforward as promised. The team was very responsive to my emails and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. I highly recommend this service!

The ease, affordability and speed of the entire registration process was super and excellent. And the support staff, Cherry, that handled our registration was great and super efficient. She gave frequent update and always responded timely to our inquiries. We recommend them and will keep using them for all our company registration matters.
