I have purchased several of the original Illuminate lights for various places around my home. I decided on the original rather than latest version because I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on lights that (in my opinion) should be out of sight. The ones I've received are fine, they do the job, they don't look as nice as on the website but I'm not sure if even the latest version of lights would be as nice as how they appear on the website. In any case, I'm happy with my purchase. I did have a faulty light and a couple of dud magnets so I contacted Illuminate and they quickly sent me replacements which was good. I waited quite a while for my initial order, but the second order arrived quite quickly. The lights look great under my kitchen worktop, under my bathroom basins, in my walk in wardrobe and utility room and in a couple of cupboards. I would recommend and I will likely replace them over time.

Great product and customer service. Bought some strip lights a couple of years ago and very impressed. Unfortunately one stopped charging but the customer service has been excellent. Issue dealt with promptly and resolved easily. Would recommend both product and company

Perfect lights for my new kitchen! They fit nicely under the cabinets with the magnet pads for easy removal for charging. A couple of the magnets came off after a while, but some double-sided tape got them back in place.
When one of the lights stopped charging (loose USB port) customer service were fantastic and replaced it straight away.
Overall they are excellent lights with features like changing the brightness level and switching between sensor mode and continuous.

Like the lights. Flexible solution for my small home. One unit stopped charging after a few weeks but a replacement is being sent. Good customer service.

The product is excellent. It’s auto-function is truly very useful and the product is easy to charge. The customer service is prompt and responsive.

I happened to put my e-mail address on this site on an purchase form, then changed my mind.From that exact moment ,they began pounding with me spam and now I am bombarded with spam from them nonstop.

When I came across Illuminate a couple of years ago I thought ‘What a great idea’, and have since bought several products from them. They are perfect for cupboards but we use them decoratively too, knowing we can easily recharge them when we need to. I had to request a replacement from them for one that wasn’t working properly and they issued a replacement straight away, which I have just received. I would certainly recommend the products and the customer service has been great too.

Although it took some time to arrive when they did they worked well. Charging is easy and very easy to stall. Unfortunately one of my strip lights broke but they replaced it immediately. Highly recommend.

So far my interactions with this company has been outstanding. I really like the product (Illuminate 2.0) though I do wish it would stay on just a little longer. Customer service was excellent, very responsive to send mounting brackets missing in the original package.

I cannot speak highly enough about the company and the quality of their lights. I have had 2 orders and have them in my pantry, bookshelves,under kitchen shelf and high cupboards. They are on sensor mode and am only just having to recharge after over a month.

These lights are amazing and so easy to use. Rechargeable and easy to fit to wherever you need light! Could not recommend enough. Just brilliant

From several years I m using these lights. They are amazing!! My house ambience changed and I have less expensive electricity bill. The installation is super easy.

I love them and I ve in all my rooms. My house is elegantly enlightened now.

These lights are not cheap considering that one of the two strip lights I bought now needs charging every few days, after only 10 months. Kind of defeats the purpose of trying to save on electricity and certainly does not match the hype on their website "lifetime guarantee, built to last". First of all they offered me 10% off next purchase which I rejected then they gave me a refund of a paltry amount, followed by an email saying this was an error, and a further email saying it must have been the way the lights were used! The second light is also showing a deterioration, needing charged much more often than previously. Having had my request for a partial refund refused, I've advised the company I'll be contacting my card provider.

Addition to post: through response to my review, Illuminate have asked for the detail of my issue so they can look into it. Here's my response to their response - I've already been through your customer service process and my refund was refused so the matter is now in the hands of my card provider.

The lights work exactly as I'd hoped and is super convenient. Customer service is very helpful. I would definitely recommend for people considering.

Looks very cheap and isn’t inexpensive. Not worth the money. It doesn’t come with anything to charge. Adhesive stickers on back will ruin surface. I do not recommend. Will “try” returning.

Very happy with my purchase of 10 light strips. They are versatile and work. It didn't take too long for the initial charge. Extremely easy to install. I put them in my various closets and the motion sensors work just as they should. I am now considering some for under my kitchen cabinets.
