Wish I would have read the reviews before paying a lot of money for this garbage wood tube with charcoal filter with alcohol taste in it and just like a vape I lost it realizing it didn't help anyway just made you want to vape more so ya will never recommend to anyone

It took weeks to come, then when it did the quality was cheap and nasty, I’ve literally bought throw away vapes of a better standard. The flavours of the pods are horrible and this is in no way a replacement for vaping, tasteless rubbish! If this is what you call quality in America then you easily pleased!!! I’m certainly not. RIP off!!

I ordered from fum and then requested to cancel 40 minutes later and they ignored my request for two days and then sent my order and told me that my order was past the cancellation period. I will never be ordering from this company again

I read numerous reviews before purchasing the starter pack. Despite the "negative" reviews, I decided to give it a try. I never really smoked anything, but always had curiosity about it. I suppose that if you've been a smoker and have somehow desensitized your taste buds and sense of smell, it might not taste as strong/natural. For me, it's just perfect. Deep inhales are innate when it comes to relaxed states of mind/body. I enjoy using FÜM for the sake of enjoying it. My husband used to smoke, and even though he quit 15 years ago, he enjoys FÜM a lot. FÜM by itself might not be a magic wand to make you quit smoking, but combined with other supportive strategies, such as therapy and meditation, to tackle the source of stress, FÜM is a nice physical trigger to a relaxed and chill vibe.

Taste awful. Chemical taste. Also leaves after taste, which is worse. Company gives zero option of a refund. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

Was in hospital so I ordered the starter pack to try & gave it sufficient time for taste buds to adjust from vaping and nothing. Flavours so weak that I thought something was wrong with the filters so I tried 4 more flavours and no different. They also don’t offer a trial period which means they don’t stand behind their product, so I just wasted $170. Be very careful guys. Also inhaling essential oils isn’t good for you either apparently. I wish I had done my research first. If I couldn’t get a vape ever again, I wouldn’t even use this as an alternative.

If only zero stars was an option! Product not at all as expected. Save yourself money and put a couple of drops of essential oil on a cotton ball stuffed into a straw and puff on that. I spent $248.33 on what I thought would help my boyfriend and I quit vaping. Waste of money. Only thing worse than the product is the customer service and return policy. Anything opened can’t be returned. But without opening the product how would you know it’s horrible? Customer service was a joke. No number to contact. Just a chat where your conversation gets dropped or email that you just get the runaround.

I bought the device and everything was fine until it broke in the mountpiece region.

I've requested a replacement and their customer support complied with the request at no charge. So far so good.

However. The replacement broke at exactly the same spot and now customer support wont provide any further assistance.

I'm really dissapointed with the product itself.
With such a high premium cost for pretty much a fidget tube, I would expect for it to be much more reliable.
Unfortunately i wont be buying their product again for sure. No product with this sort of cost should be this fragile.

Basically huffing essential oils into your lungs which isn’t great. But aside from this should anyone get a subscription, beware that fum no matter how much background info provided will not be able to find your account and continue to charge you. Subscription issue has happened to multiple of friends among my group.

Very unsatisfying, tastes very chemically. All the "flavours" are gross.

No "flavour", really, just a gentle scent based on cores that last about a day, making this just as expensive as a cigarette habit, if not more.

I tried to return my device after an hour or so of use because it was so unsatisfying, but they said they wouldn't take it and that there's no promise of satisfaction.

I bought this because of all the social media ads, and had high hopes for it but those hopes were dashed after a very short time with the device.

It's very expensive for what it is. I guess they have to pay for all of that advertising somehow.

Scamminess: 4.5/5. Not a slam dunk scam, but pretty darn close.

Let me begin my stating I was so hopeful this setup would help us kick our vaping addiction. But the reality is; this is not effective to quit smiling. The large hard metal tip doesn't give you the sense of smoking/vaping; it's bulky and cold. None of the flavors we tried offer a deep lung hitting feeling of filling your lungs with smoke or water vapor; and yes we tried almost all of the flavors. I would compare this to drinking strawberry flavored seltzer water in your living. It's TV static in a can and the flavor is 2 rooms over! The price for quality is not worth it. You spend all day fidgeting with it but here's the catch the fidget portion adjusts the airflow. Nothing screams get so angry you want to stop and buy a pack of cigarettes like the fum system. I'm not a doctor but if you really want to quit just buy the nicotine patch system. 8 weeks on a patch beats upgrading from vaping to smoking due to frustration. Sad this didn't work but this is the reality of the addictive ingredients in a vape!

For months I have been trying to cancel the subscription and it does not let me, they continue to charge me products without wanting them and also expensive.

Delivery took longer than planned. Device arrived damaged - wood is all rough and heavily scored. But despite this, I still tried the product. The flavours are disgusting. Pure chemical smell and even worse taste. I bought the Journey Pack, so this is not just a case of an unfortuante choice I made. Every. Single. Flavour. Is. Disgusting. Imagine taking essential oils that you put into a diffuser, and inhaling it... Then multiply it. Vile. Do not waste your money!!

PS - Customer service is simply an AI bot that is useless. Surprise surprise!

I bought the journey pack in October 2025. It arrived quite quickly which was good. I like the concept and design, however, for me it tastes unbearably chemically. I got the “crisp mint”, “peach blush” and “raspberry”. I had to throw the packs of peach blush and raspberry away because the chemical taste make be physically sick. The crisp mint isn’t quite as overpowering. But you can still taste and smell a real chemical taste. I usually get about 3 draws before it starts making me gag.

Overpriced item. Chemical oils. if you try to return theres return fee and no refund within shipping fees.

Due to a bad vaping habit. I wanted to find a nice not to overly expensive alternative. Thanks to an ad about this Füm device i thought id give it a try. Special was supposed to be for $145. Unfortunately that is not the case. One device and 6 different cores $214. I even brought another fum device. Which brung my total to $290. definitely not what they advertised. But i thought since its expensive it must really work just like anyone else would believe due the promises and marketing on FÜM. I have received it today. I was so excited. Im on the 3rd differnet falvour within 20 minuets. And honestly..... What a waste of $290. No flavor, no throat hit like advertised. This is most definitely a scam. After trying this product i can guarantee you half a million people did not quit due to this device. I have gone straight back to smoking vapes with a $290 loss. Very disappointed. Dont fall their marketing. Its all a hoax. Dont fall into the same bucket i have. Honestly what a shame. And waste of time and money well worked for to kick my habit. Better off trying a different alternative. I will not be purchasing FÜM. And i will definitely not be encouraging other to lose money to this aswell. 1 place for FüM. In the bin like your money. Wjat a shame FÜM
