Earthbound lies about country of origin

Earthbound claims that their packages are shipped from Ontario, CA, but somehow my grounding mat is lost in the mail en route from China. I’ve reached out to their customer service for help, & they gave me a generalized robo response completely irrelevant to my question. Still no clue when or if I will get my mat. Honestly, it makes me wonder what else they are being dishonest about. I will probably return the mat once (if) it arrives.
