Worst company ever!!!
I have had the worst experience with this company! As per trend - they automatically sign you up for autoship. There is no way to cancel from their website. So after emailing them to please cancel they responded with "Are you sure?"
Completely ignoring my ask. So they sent more.
I emailed again asking them again to stop and cancel my subscription. Nothing. And then another box came.
I emailed again and again pleading for the to stop and asking how do I return the unopened boxes. Silence.
Another box came. I emailed daily.
Finally someone responded with a link to a cancellation page saying they had sent it to me before. I sent through every email - no, it was a lie.
I did cancel finally. And another box showed up.
Furious I had to cancel my PayPal just so they wouldn't charge me again.
Another email out and asking to return the many unopened boxes. They responded that they could not as they can only return products within 30 days.
I told them at least this last box was within 30 days and how to return it. I must received an email saying that only the initial order can be returned and anything after that cannot.
What?!!!
I have been requesting to cancel for 4 months now!!
They obviously have way to NEVER allow people to cancel and thus get stuck with tons of product.
Never use them !!!
Go to Wholefoods and get a product there over this wicked scheme company!!!
AVOID !!!
