Super shady experience

Saw the ad and decided to spend some time answering questions to see some suggestions for a career change. Spent 20 minutes repeatedly answering the same questions from its AI to then be sent to a paid subscription page. What a waste of time! You should disclose that you need to pay to get your results.

I like the idea still trying it out. I would feel more comfortable using an app.

In the AI age, you need every tool available, especially to get through the filters. I found this extremely helpful to quickly generate precisely tooled cover letters in efforts to quickly apply to multiple positions per day.

So far Ive used the system for 24 hrs and already gotten a lot of great insight and feedback for myself and what my future career path could look like.

Completed the test and paid for the subscription but then couldn't access the results or use the platform. Presumably the site is down (which sounds like a repeat issue from the other reviews), but it has been hours. Feels a bit rich to be given a 15min timer pressuring you to pay in order to access your results, for them to then ghost you. It says no refunds but surely that against consumer protection lawyers if you don't receive the service paid for....
Update: customer service have gone quiet on me despite their offer to refund me. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Sites like Jack and Jill offer this for free minus the bogus personality testing.

Not impressed....the personality testing was fine (ie matched the MBTI I took 30+ years ago), but their app's "alternative intelligence" isn't even room-temperature (ie 80 IQ) intelligence, lol. Kinda pathetic, that this is the best they've got. And of course, no refunds or satisfaction guarantee. Stay away.

UPDATE, as of 4/24: Since "you" asked for specific examples of where the AI fell short, let's start with the below (copied and pasted from my chat with your genius AI bot):

User: Yes, run a fresh search.

System: Job search failed. Job search failed.

Apt: Ugh - looks like the job search service itself is erroring right now...

User: I want my money back...

Apt: I'm really sorry, (name) - I get why you're upset, especially if you're paying and the core feature isn't working. For a refund, please email (support) at ..... with the email on your account and a quick note that * job search is failing and you're requesting a refund."

I did that days ago, and have received neither a response, nor the requested refund. I'll gladly update this review as appropriate if and when you decide to honor your word that a core feature (ie., the job search!) not working is grounds for a refund. Meanwhile, this review stands - buy this poorly beta-tested junk at your own risk, folks!!

ps - the * in (that * job), above, is my version of a footnote, that your bot isn't even smart enough to insert the word "the" in between those two words, which would actually then roughly approximate proper English.

As I said: WEAK.

Website went down immediately after paying for subscription. Didn't even get to see the results.
Silly mistake on my part, money lost and have sent an email to cancel subscription as you cannot cancel subscription automatically through their Stripe portal.

Would strongly advise against engaging with this service.

The site shut down within an hour of accepting payment and creating a login. There's no way to cancel subscriptions. The only way to contact the company is through a single email address that does not consistently work.

The personality insights are super helpful as they explain where you'll thrive and what jobs to avoid. It's truly amazing.

Shocking. The results and ‘recommendations’ were so off the mark. I have a technology background and it sent me veterinarian job listings in another country?! The test is lengthy and asked the same question multiple times (educational background). I asked for a refund because it performed so poorly but they said no ‘because it wouldn’t be fair to other customers’. I took the loss (£21) and walked away. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Really insightful and helpful for career search and discovering your life purpose.

I am really impressed by this app. Receiving insight and suggestions has the affect of affirmation and has given me the perception of support to reach for my goals.

So far the AI is a great companion on this journey. Patient and usually knowledgeable, willing to go research things as needed. Output is pretty solid as well.

The job search function didn't work and the inicially refused to give me a refund. After giving them a bad review and arguing for a long time, they did eventually give me a refund. For this I gave them a better review.

Couldn't get jobs proposed from where I lived.

The AI is very responsive and intuitive. It was a fast, user friendly experience.

The support email doesn't work, I would like to request a refund. I tried to message the Instagram account as well, but it didn't work.

I still haven't had any confirmation from them after they asked me to email them again.

For a long time I did not know , or could not pick a path for myself .. this AI not only helps you with it but also shows you what out there for you to choose from ,. professions I did know existed ., It also tells how to get there, what to do - gives you actionable plan
