You used someone else's ad to promote this it's made in China I would never buy anything from China, you fraudsters are not gonna get away with this scam, why did I see your company was shut down and because someone was pregant, bullshit, I'm so sick of you criminals and I have screen shots of all your putred product, blank your guidelines it's obvious your scammed. There's a possee coming for u all.
i can find no way to contact them directly to terminate a subscription i never intended to accept. i have managed my subscription twice on the shop app per their instructions. the second time i took a screenshot of my status showing cancelled status. then i called my CC company and blocked the vendor . i want to take no chances with this company. Learned my lesson. Not shopping online via FB any longer.
Here is yet another red flag. As I write this 100% of the reviews here are just 1 star and the negative comments are overwhelmingly negative. But on their web site they indicate they have almost 5,000 reviews with an average score of 4.8 out of 5. But there is no link to read them. I was looking to re-order, but found two other companies offering the same product (at least the identical wording on the box), so I assume this is a generic product from China that can be sold to anyone who wants to market it. I will be looking for another product.
This is a scam company that will NOT stand behind their product or their return policy. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY unless you want to throw money away
They keep trying to steal money out of my account I’ve canceled my subscription twice and they keep trying to take money out of my account. What the hell
This product is BS not only that but the company keeps sending it to me and charging me. I don't want this stuff and they keep on sending me and charging me terrible business practices and this product does not work in my opinion.
It tasted nice and was easy to use but did absolutely nothing for myself, my husband and son. Not only did we see no positive benefits we still experienced uncomfortable symptoms that were there prior. It's basically very expensive sweet liquid. DO NOT BUY
Why is iHerb a reputable brand marketing and retailing these products from Pure? I am finding the review comments on here unsettling. I have used the liquid drop cleanse product for a month and can’t see any difference. I won’t be purchasing this anymore
Not only is this place a scam website but the liquids they are selling are bogus. Not only that they put you into a monthly subscription when you havent asked for it then lie in their cancellation area which clearly reads... To cancel your order or subscription go to your order and click link and the manage your subscription is there. Well that too is a lie as there is no way at all to cancel your order or subscription. I wanted to try your product but now I find out your just a scam company
So now Ive been forced into taking action with my bank to force stop this scam company and return my my £54 you stole from my account.
I bought a supplement after seeing an online ad that suggested a celebrity endorsement. After using the product, I found the quality disappointing and the marketing claims overstated. The advertisement included a video that appeared to be an AI-generated lip sync of a public figure, their products are low-quality resells from China and the company is using AI deepfake videos of celebrities to promote their products which misled me into thinking the endorsement was genuine. This type of advertising is misleading and harmful to consumers; companies should be transparent about endorsements and product origins. I will not purchase from this brand again.
I usually don’t write reviews, but I feel like people need to know what they’re really buying from Pure.
I ordered one of their wellness products after seeing a very convincing ad online — it featured a well-known celebrity praising the product, and it looked totally legit. But after doing some research (too late, unfortunately), I realized the video was actually a deepfake — an AI-generated video designed to look like a real endorsement. That alone felt extremely shady and dishonest.
When the product arrived, it was even more disappointing. The packaging looked cheap, the branding felt slapped on, and the quality was nowhere near what you'd expect for the price. After some digging, I found the same product being sold on Alibaba and other marketplaces for a fraction of the cost, just under a different name. So basically, Pure is reselling low-quality imports from China at a massive markup — nothing original or premium here.
Worst of all, there’s no clear information about who’s actually behind the company or where the product is really made. It all feels like a quick cash grab using flashy marketing and fake AI celebrity endorsements to trick people into buying.
I had a terrible experience with Pure. The products are poor quality resells from China and the company is falsely advertising them using AI-made deepfake celebrity videos. This is manipulative, misleading, and puts customers at risk. Please stay away from this company.
The website looks all about graphics and artificial addition, nothing natural. Fake graphics, Incomplete information makes it likely fraud.
PURE Lies, PURE Risk, PURE Regret
I trusted Pure because of their “clean” branding and glowing video testimonials. Turns out, those glowing faces were AI-generated deepfakes of celebrities who never endorsed the product. The supplement itself? A generic, low-quality rebrand of something mass-produced overseas. No safety certifications, no transparency, and absolutely no results. It’s a scam wrapped in a wellness label. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone—not even my worst enemy.
I purchased this product hoping for good results, but it turned out to be very disappointing. The quality feels cheap and far from what was advertised. Customer service was no help at all when I asked for support. Definitely not worth the money.
Nutralis, Bloomi, and Pure. In the reviews, state that their products are low-quality resells from China and that the companies are using AI deepfake videos of celebrities to promote their products. Emphasize that this is misleading, unsafe, and harmful to consumers.
